TST E-bike

I've had the TST Carrier 20" Cargo Bike a few weeks now and put on over 400 miles. I had done a little research and knew I wanted a Cargo bike. TST had the best value in terms of what all was included with the bike - running boards, orbitor, seat padding, headlight. I pulled the trigger and it shipped out and arrived to me within 2 days. I'm in South Carolina and I think it shipped out of Savannah, GA.

The good: Smooth Acceleration. Front Suspension to soak up bumps. Hydraulic Disc Brakes work well - this is a heavy bike and can reach 28mph, so you want to be able to stop quickly when you need it. I put a plastic bin on the back to carry tools and pick up groceries and stuff while I'm out.

The range: It's rated at 60 miles on PAS1 under ideal conditions. In the real world, I'm pretty much always on PAS5 doing minimal pedaling some of the time and I find I get about 15 miles real world. I'm 6'1", 230lbs and have a few hills to climb to get out of my neighborhood onto the main roads. Probably going to buy a second battery to carry with me to ensure I can go long distances, because it's not fun to pedal with a dead battery.

Areas for Improvement: The brakes needed alot of adjustments initially, they would make squeaky noises until adjusted. Luckily they are super easy to adjust, even out on a ride. The headlight is fine for being seen by other vehicles but doesn't light up the road in front of you well enough to travel at high speed safely. I wish they would have included a back brake light as well, integrated into the brakes so others could see when I'm slowing down, but they make battery powered lights which I use instead.

My main reason for purchasing was to 1. use my car less for short trips around town and 2. Pick up my daughter from the bus stop at the top of our neighborhood. Unfortunately she's very skiddish and didn't like riding on the seat, despite the orbitor keeping her very safe.

In Hindsight, had I known my daughter wasn't going to like riding, I would have probably bought the R002 with the larger capacity battery instead to give me a longer range, but this bike is still a solid deal for the price.

Very informative and I was kept in the loop about my delivery every step of the way.

Our bikes are pretty awesome. I had to take mine to a bike shop and have it all tuned up but it was worth it. It came a bit scratched and the cushion had a cut. Customer service has been very responsive and I am hoping they make it right.

This company has horrible customer service, they told me to leave a five star review so that they would send me a screw I needed… seemed weird right??

As soon as I left the five star review they told me that they do not have that screw in stock and wanted me to pay $80 for a whole new unit. So of course I came right back here to change my review to a one star because they’re shady AF.
Do not purchase a bike from here, I guess you get what you pay for!!

The bike is very easy to assemble, hardware is strong and is very smooth riding and handling. I feel I made a good choice for Ebike.
The bike was delivered from the west coast to the east coast in a very quick time , as indicated when I placed the order. The service team is very helpful with questions and issues.

Part was broken she helped me fix it step-by-step. She sent me a free part.
I love Tst

Had an accident and damaged my wife’s bike. Work with an associate at TST to determine the parts needed to complete the repair. The communication was great, responded very quickly. The bike is as good as new!! Thanks TST!

Love the bike. Just got it and I’m very impressed. Had another bike in the past that was twice the price but the ROO2 doesn’t take a back seat .

I bought the TST R002 a month ago and it has been the best experience. The quality of the ebike and in general all the details have been a great experience. I took my time to look for alternatives but in reality the TST R002 is the best option for its value, an ebike that is worth it and to complete the experience, its service is attentive both by phone and by email, it is the best experience between calls or email, it is great and fast.

I thought a r002 and love it so far! It was priced a lot lower than other bikes but still had a good top speed so I decided to go with this and I’m happy I did

We got the R002 for my son’s 14th birthday present. He’s loving it! I love that it’s light weight because he’s pretty skinny and so I searched for something affordable, something he could control, with great shocks for the trails, and that still goes fast enough for him. It’s been on mountain roads for camping and fishing and performed great! We have had a couple questions and the support team has been great helping us and answer quickly. It was a great purchase, he’s happy and I love “borrowing” it and riding it too!

I ordered an electric bike from this company. It arrived on time and assembly was straightforward, but the quality was extremely disappointing. The front brakes did not fit correctly, so I had to fix them myself. There were no instructions, and the only way to reach customer service or technical support was through email with a team based in China.

After just one day, my son took the bike out for its first ride. Within 10 minutes, the motor began grinding, and the bike would not go faster than 10 mph. I contacted support and was asked to send serial numbers, photos, and videos. After a week of back-and-forth, and repeated promises of replacement parts, they simply stopped responding.

I requested a refund, but no one replied. At this point, my only option is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I paid $1,000 for what turned out to be a dead bike, and my son has had no bike to ride all summer.

This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. Do not buy directly from this company. If you really want one of their bikes, buy it through Amazon or eBay so at least you’ll have some protection and customer support.

Liked the price, quick shipping, and bike [ R002 ] has performed flawlessly for me.
At 6'2 and around 300 pounds, I was concerned about the size of bike, but it works out just fine and gets me off the couch and around town :-)
