Excellent quality, prompt service and delivery.

Placed an order that then stated it was posted on the 16th Feb. The tracking only displays 'label created' which means nothing has actually been posted, yet they blamed Aus Post. Then completely went silent, would not reply to emails, phone calls, online chat..... nothing. Requested a refund, ignored, not even acknowledged the request. Then for several days I tried calling the number kept stating 'line busy' even on a Thursday and Friday as if possibly my number is now blocked.

Fantastic service. Easy website to navigate, pricing was excellent and quick turn around and delivery. Exactly what we were looking for after being scammed by another company! Will definitely use T Shirt Plus again

T Shirt quality is fine. Business name printed on it faded away after six months. Have been told that they have improved all of it since then.

We've been getting shirts printed at TShirtPlus for 6 years now -- individual prints of photos, artwork, etc, for ourselves, as gifts, and as pyjamas. Always very pleased with the high quality of the results, which are terrifically clear and (if carefully looked after) durable.

I ordered 2x pairs of Men's Razor Sports Pants. I opened only 1 pair to try them out, wore them for a few hours only, over 2 days and found the inner lining coming apart from the waistband. I sent an email with photos to report the faulty product, only to receive a response 4 days later, with no solution due to "Company Policy" and a "Gesture of goodwill" special discount on the next order. I asked if it was possible to return the unopened pair and be sent another style, willing to pay the difference, but they said if the unopened pair wasn't faulty I can't return it. This made no sense.

Upon a 2nd attempt to sort this out, I was told I could return the unopened pair for a "Restock Fee" of $4.50 plus the cost of the "courier" to send it, and once again there was nothing else they could do due to "Company Policy". Still no real solution or real customer service. Only in the company's favour.

I had shirts printed for a bucks party. Their T-shirt designs were spot-on, and the print quality exceeded my expectations. The colours were vibrant, and the fabric felt soft yet durable. The team was super friendly, and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Quick turnaround, great pricing, and excellent service.
