Sold me a used item

This was my first and last purchase from TSC. I bought a expensive Fryer/Oven and they shipped me one that was used. I imagine it was a return that they resold. This is not only unethical, but illegal.

Very disappointed.

DONT EVER SHOP HERE!
SENT WRONG ITEM 3 Times and Now wont refund!
ZWILLING is the partner in crime and this HAs gone on for weeks and wont refund several hundreds of dollars!
Keep getting form emails from Zwilling about credit department looking into it! Opened a fraud case with my bank .

Bad bad place to connect with and give…

Bad bad place to connect with and give money away.They kept charging me for more than a year for product they never send. That suppose to be auto delivery for one year and one year only. When called to resolve this, the customer service man aka Steven was extremely rude, obnoxious, would not let me speak one sentence and stop me in the middle with harsh way and then speak as if giving me favour but talking to me, not just that when I finally said you are being Impatient and let me explain something, he got so offended and after yelling and screaming hanged up. Not to mention the t rubbish things you get send and you have to pay postage to send the stuff back for their mistakes and errors. I don’t think they care..Karma will catch on, soon I hope.

Would give tsc less stars if possible

Would give tsc less stars if possible. They lost my item in the mail, and are charging me a refund/exchange charge reorder my item. The cutomer service agent I talked to could even get a hold of the team that would deal with this situation. Absolutely brutal. Worst experience ever.

AWFUL!

AWFUL!! This company has the worst Customer Service!! They don't want to help in any way shape or form! Ordered two item on the 31st of August, received one item not even a week later, the 2nd item apparently was shipped from US (did not let me know that), shipped and delivered to some place in US on Sept 8/23. No further update!!! It's been two full weeks, don't know where it is. TSC will not help in tracking package, just says when it clears customs, they will have a tracking number! Sorry, but it does not take this long to clear customs! Also had I known it was coming from the US, I probably wouldn't have ordered it!!! NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING THAT! Also, when ordering multiple items, they should be shipped together, not separately.!! I use the easy pay program they have, and now have to watch for two different payments at two different times!!! Makes it very confusing! I do appreciate the easy pay, but damn!

They charge you for your free return

I bought a couple pairs of shoes which I did not like and I returned them. The total cost was $$271.16 which was divided into easy payments. My was first payment was $102.42 which I was charged on my credit card. I get a refund for $71.52. There is a difference of $30.92.
They subtract the return shipping fee of $13.98 and the first shipping fee of $14.97 plus GST charge on the first shipping fee. I lost about $30 in shipping fees for a return!!! They advertise FREE returns but the returns are not free at all!!!!

Also they have a supposedly 30 day return window. But that window starts from the day you place an order and not when you receive your order. So you better make your decision quickly if you want to return things.

Also their invoices are very unclear. The email for the refund showed that I paid a total of $224.99 minus the return shipping fee of $13.98 and refund taxes $29.25 which equals a net refund of $71.52. How does their math add up! It took 2 phone calls to clarify how the amount of $71.52 was refunded when it looks like I was charged a lot more money.

Also when you call TSC, there is no option to talk to a live agent about a return or refund. I had to press the option for placing an order so that I can talk to a person.

No FREE returns. There are fees to be paid for shipping back and forth that are subtracted from your refund. Very confusing refunds!!!!

I ordered some probiotics 2 for 63 bucks on sale from 79 bucks Canadian.with a grand total after shipping of 75 bucks . After I ordered I saw the same Item on AMAZON for 2 for 40 bucks no shipping! so I would have saved 35 bucks if I ordered from Amazon..

Horrible return policy and no customer service

TSC advertised an iPad bundle that I purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. The order was placed in early November. I then received an email stating the order will be late and a $50 coupon was issued as an apology of sorts. I called to cancel the order because it would not arrive in time for Christmas. TSC refused to issue a refund. They stated I would have to receive the package and then send it back to them. I elevated the call to a complaint which fell into dead air space. I called and emailed numerous times but only was put on terminal hold or received useless auto-reply stating they received my complaint. The last resort was to cancel my credit card, which I did so they could not charge me for the item. They threatened collection agency, etc. The item showed up in early February (3 months after placing the order) and I promptly returned it. For months afterward, I received letters and emails about my cancelled credit card despite the fact the item was returned. Consequently, I cancelled my TSC account and will NEVER order through them again.

after a fraud purchase, they do not want to refund the money. Be very careful . this is a horrible company, they will make you waste your time and promise a refund that never comes.

The Ivy Long Puffer Coat Nero XL

I ordered the Ivy Long Puffer Coat Nero XL:item #229588 for $89.33 + HST 12.53 P & H $6.99; total $108.85 on July 30; Order #Z711054800012; Customer #0054878673
I bought a size XL instead of a L so that I could maybe wear a lite sweater under it. It is very tight all over. I asked my friend who is usually an M (size 10) and she found the arms to be very snug and there is not an awful lot of extra room in the body. I’m almost convinced that it is a large medium at the very most!! I loved the style, the colour, and the length but unfortunately I just can’t wear it!

TSC sucks

My S.O. works for TSC and I'm warning everyone that this is a TERRIBLE company to work for. There is NO support for the staff, Cx are allowed to speak however the Cx feels is correct towards the staff, including telling staff that the staff member doesn't deserve to be alive. The staff will be disciplined for ending the call with the Cx. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Avoid at all costs, you're worth more.

I was emailed by this FLeet Optics…

I was emailed by this FLeet Optics delivery co that the tried to deliver my parcel but claimed no answer from me. I was home all the time and certainly I do not appreciate the lies that the said I was not home!!!!
It is every time when I order things from you and this Fleet Optics always said they couldn’t get me and actually every time I was at home. I don’t know what is wrong with this delivery co and this is very unacceptable!!!
You have my buzzer code and my phone number and delivery should be no problem. I have no other problem with any other company but this Fleet Optics.

I ordered a ring which I returned

I ordered a ring which I returned. They called to say I needed to include the return tag which was supposedly on the ring. There was NO return tag and now they won't refund me my money even though they have the ring in the original packing etc. I am so upset that they say there was a return tag.

THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND CHARGING YOU FOR PURCHASES YOU DID NOT ORDER, FORCING ME TO KEEP IT. SINCE THE CUSTOMER IS BAD. I PAID FOR MY PRODUCT ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEN, THEY CALL IT......EASY PAY ....MY CREDIT CARD CLEARLY SHOWS THE PRODUCT WAS PAID IN FULL.

Don't order from TSC ever

Ordered ninja xl smart pro grill June 6th, 3 days later June 9th the call to confirm shipping address, June 10 the finally took payment. June 13th it's still sitting in the warehouse. Tried to cancel today cause this is taking way to long . Was told that I couldn't cancel and had to wait until it comes and return it. Then wait for them to receive it then wait some more to have my money refunded.
What ever it is buy it at a store, Amazon or wherever but don't buy from TSC
