I was unsure at first ordering off of a social media ad but product arrived when promised and I've been using it daily. I believe it was a direct from rosabella transfer once directed off the ad page. It was a bit confusing finalizing the transaction due to it wanting me to keep ordering but I figured out how to get just what I wanted to try for the price that it was being offered. Thank you

Shipping issue rsolved

My first order showed that it was delivered while we were away from home, but we never found it. I contacted support and they were very professional and helpful. After a couple emails they offered to send me a new order at no cost. If the product is as good as their first class customer support, it will be well worth it!

What is great is that the company…co-founder take time to write to you

What is great is that the company co-founder wrote to me personally which made feel important never had that experience before and I've ordered hundreds of times from different companies.
