When panic takes over, Respirix works. Emergency airway device that removes obstructions when a child is choking. Designed for the moment your hands won't do what your brain knows they should. The Bottom Line: You pray you'll never need it. But if you do, you'll be grateful it's there.

I appear to also be scammed

I appear to also be scammed. The goods came but whilst waiting for them and doing more research I realised they were not EU approved. The were great at responding until the goods actually arrived and I’ve had no response since and just email bounce backs…. DO NOT ORDER!!

Scam, faulty counterfeit goods. Return address supplied eventually after raising a PayPal dispute. The address is in Rockville MD looks like a residential address. Anyone else successfully returned?

Scam company. Stay away.

I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund in line with their "30 day money back guarantee" and have had no response. First the emails were ignored. Now they're coming back as undeliverable. I'd like to warn people against buying this product. It is a fake product (not the official Life Vac product). Not EU certified. Definitely doesnt have the one way valve feature it claims to. It can actually cause more harm than good. Don't be fooled. Definitely a scam company.

Asked for a refund. Had an email back to start with and then ignored. Will try to see if PayPal can help but not holding out any hope and this is looking like a scam.

I also appear to have been scammed...

I also appear to have been scammed by this company. Bought after falling for the extremely scary Facebook post, then after doing my research realised these do not have UKCA or CE mark. I received a response to my email that I could return the products once they'd arrived, but am now not hearing anything back from them to arrange a return and a refund. Can't believe they are preying on worried, vulnerable parents.

SCAM

SCAM - Facebook Scam DO NOT ORDER - ordered 3 of these in their promotion and ar fake with no UK/EU safety marking. Do not comply with any safety standards. Website states UK customers get a full refund but the owner has not stopped replying to me. very clever scam using Facebook to tell story of a near death of a child from choking to sell dangerous medical devices that may actually push the obstruction further down. DO NOT BUY.

Scam/Clone - this is NOT respirix

Sadly this is a scam. Items were received (eventually) but all packs were unbranded and the device itself could cause a fatality by relying on it - it doesn't work as advertised, and has no suction power whatsoever.

They also have the cheek to put an "official" respirix card inside the main package.

Still hoping this was a well intentioned business that doesn't know the product is defective, but losing hope that it is

Doubt I will get a refund.

Questionable and disappointing.

This item took two weeks to arrive, despite being dispatched day after ordering... Very weird. Extremely low quality. Not as advertised. The case the device comes is in nothing like the branded one shown. It smells chemically and looks so cheap. It was also folded in half and stuffed into the tiniest envelope for packaging so it was all crushed, including an edge of the suction device. It doesn't instill much trust in the quality or authenticity of this product. Certainly not worth the £26... Can't believe for a second that their RRP is genuine.

HORRIFIED

Horrified that these bought on-line ‘just in case’ DO NOT WORK. No suction at all. Very relieved that I didn’t put them away, as I had intended, to then find this out in an emergency. Is there no Law against this?🤬?
