No suction. Would most certainly not work in emergency.

Scam company. It took weeks for a delivery. I finally got a notice saying it delivered but I didn’t get the package. The company did respond by email and did an “investigation” showing pictures of the package and drop off location. The picture of the package had the correct address label but the mailbox and business photos of proof of delivery were at some other place. The address on that mailbox was clearly different. They acknowledged that their low bid delivery dropped it off at the wrong place but refused to refund or re-ship the product. Trash company from overseas that you can’t phone, even. Their emails are Ai generated, I believe.

Scam. AirwayClear is a real company and you can find them under AirwayClear.us but AirwaysClear is what this shop goes under in Shop app. I reached out to their team to further investigate because what people are saying here is true- the emails are dead ends/ out of service and there is no cancellation/ refund option. Buyer beware.

It is not fit for purpose and I wish I’d have seen these reviews before I bought. It is a fake product that could endanger life because it wouldn’t work where someone could have bought one that is FDA approved and would work. Silly me

An absolute waste of money. Cheap plastic with no suction power whatsoever. No way would this stop someone from choking. Do NOT but.

This company scams people. Their policy clearly states cancellation within the hour is accepted. I emailed within the hour and they didn't respond for 2 days. I believe these items are unsafe and not medically approved. They will not accept 30 day returns as I slightly opened the outer packing to see what was inside which apparently invalidates the hygiene rules. Total scammers

It's a scam website. They don't ship anything and the email link does not exist. Wondering if we have to cancel the credit card we used. Ugh!

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order, couldn’t contact them. After it arrived, there were no return instructions. Tried to contact them unsuccessfully. Requested refund through PayPal and then I received an email from them. They said the only way I could get return information was to cancel my “chargeback” request and until I did that, they couldn’t help me. I canceled it, let them know, I was told I could then keep the product and they would refund my money. When I asked for an update on my refund, I was told “sorry, system error, you’re not getting a refund” and still no instructions on how to return for a refund. I would never use their product and I will continue to fight for my refund.

I clicked on the “most popular” option which was the buy 2 get 1 free and when they arrived, I only had 2 devices. When I contacted customer services, they said I didn’t qualify for the free device because my order was for 2 single devices. The option for buy two get one is no longer available, even though I took a screenshot of the offer I chose. They offered me a 35% discount for a 3rd device. I told them that I wanted to return the items and they said I could not because of “sanitation and safety policies, but this is not communicated on the website. It says you have a “30 day return window” DON’T buy from this company! I am unable to add screenshot photos but can provide them if you’d like an email.

No stars would be more accurate for this potential fraud. They use GOFO for delivery then 'Delivery failed' and no support; 'Company' email rep said contact local post office or carrier, and did nothing and no phone number.

I purchased this device about 6 months ago. I decided to review how to use it and I was unable to make it work. I believed this would work for many years. I've attempted to discuss with the company though have been unable to find a web page or any other way to contact them.

I PLACED AN ORDER BY MISTAKE & EMAILED THEM 10 MINUTES LATER TO CANCEL, BUT INSTEAD I GOT AN EMAIL STATING IT WAS TOO LATE, 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, REALLY??? WILL CALL MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! BE AWARE!

I tried Airway in a non-emergency setting. After repeated attempts on my wife we concluded the device would be nearly USELESS.

They deserve a ZERO! They are not FDA approved.

This company is terrible!!

When I opened the package there was a strong odor and all plastic seemed to have a powdery feeling. Looking at the quality I didn't proceed further. I contacted the company and they asked for a video of the ODOR!!
They have a 30 day return policy but they said Airway Clear is a personal use emergency medical device, we are unable to accept returns once items have been shipped.

DO NOT buy anything from this company!

This company is terrible!! I purchased three Airway Clear units for my school district. I later learned my school district cannot allow them to be used because they are not FDA approved. I have never opened the package! This company has been writing me back and forth for past 30 days, saying they were investigating! They have a REFUND POLICY that reads "We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return." Item must be in same condition, unused." I complied. Today, they wrote me and now say" Airway Clear is a personal use emergency medical device, we are unable to accept returns once items have been shipped!" I am now in contact with the Visa dispute dept. Unbelievable! DO NOT buy anything from this company!

I would give this zero stars if I could. There is no suction whatsoever to this thing. They won't give your money back.Don't bother.

Advertised as buy 1-get 1 free. I only received one. I contacted customer service and was informed repeatedly through several emails that the offer was buy 2-get 1 free even though I provided a screenshot of the offer from the website. The quality of the product is not comparable to another brand that I purchased later. Do not buy from this company. They do not honor their offers and the product is inferior.
