NOBODY GETS BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY?!

I also when ordering was put onto different pages to add more and I didn't want them, yet they added them to my cart?! Then Mia at customer service was very quick to email me back - I said I didn't want ANY of the products and she advised to email her once I received them. I did so, and emailed her right away and she will let me know the address and how to return, but now radio silence from the entire company (after sending 5 emails and 2 phone calls). Such CROOKS!! I need to return all of the products (still in original mailing packaging haven't opened it) ASAP and have my VISA refunded ASAP!!

So far, so great

I received the product sooner than expected. I began using the product the next day, and now after only 3 applications, I see a difference! It's fantastic.

How many 2 work? And will it stand alone...

Not knowing how many I would need to work and then you started offering other items to go with it. Makes me feel like the product won't work on it's own. However since I haven't tried it yet, still waiting on my order, if it works, its definitely worth it. We'll see 👀 😏

Bought this for the wife

Bought this for the wife. Now she can finally wear open toe footwear without the yellow toe nail being her focal point, its even cleared the dead 'white' under nail fungal too... others were tried just kept letting the fungal problem come back, this clears it up. She has even said the 'ache' from her toe nail has gone too-just follow the simple steps that help with the cleaning of the nail before applying, and it really will work!

This product was completely ineffective…

This product was completely ineffective for me, it actually made my nails worse after using it. My nails went from slightly discoloured the thick and brittle. They also had a hidden monthly subscription that i tried to cancel but apparently they aren't able to do that so they sent me a link that doesn't work to cancel it myself. I have had to contact my bank and block transactions from this company.

Title: Unacceptable delay tactics for a defective product. Avoid.
Review:
I ordered pens from Orivelle that arrived inherently defective. While returning them should have been simple, the entire process was a nightmare.
Their returns portal was completely broken and kept looping. After sending the tracking code and proof of postage manually, customer support spent weeks sending me identical, automated templates promising to "escalate" my case to a specialist. Nothing was ever resolved, yet they continuously inundated my inbox with automated customer feedback surveys.
I was forced to issue a final 24-hour warning threatening a credit card chargeback and a report to the Better Business Bureau. Only then did they finally release my £35.97 refund—though they completely ignored my request to cover the £2.70 return postage for their faulty goods.
They take your money instantly but will actively stall you for weeks if their product is broken. I got my money back only by forcing their hand. Shop with caution.

Scammers & time-wasters

I was slightly doubtful, but ordered three nail pens for ~£36,- due to positive online product reviews. And bingo, also got an email with an offer for another product, which I only opened a few days later, after the original order was already processed, and supposedly on its way from China, as it turned out!!!
I only clicked into the email link and saw nail sprays they wanted to push, but did not place an order for £45.99! Nevertheless, I discovered soon after that another order had been placed. I would have had to manually press my iPhone side buttons for another transaction in relation to a second order, which I did not do! This means they had unlawfully retained my payment card details from the first transaction, and charged my credit card without authorisation!
This is consistent with other reviews reporting such scams. They are also not aware of UK government consumer protection legislation regarding “online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses“.
I contacted them immediately by email, within less than 3 hours of them creating the scam order, to complain and cancel the order, whilst also reporting the unauthorised transaction to my bank. The bank advised that my credit card had been compromised by them and I had to cancel it, which has caused major inconvenience due to recurring transactions that all need to be changed!
Meanwhile, the company first refused to cancel the fraudulent order, claiming it was already processed for shipping! They need to be reported to the fraud reporting line (call 0300 123 2040), and wish I‘d never ordered anything from these scammers and time-wasters!
Update 31/5: The company had advised on they would “as an exception” offer a refund for the unauthorised order they created, which I am still waiting to see settled.
Also, the fraudulent order was nevertheless delivered, even though cancelled immediately, whilst the original order was delayed, and received after more than 10 days.
The saga continues after over 50 exchanged emails, and whilst I am still waiting for my refund, I now also have to deal with the return of merchandise I hadn't ordered!

Order never received, scammers

I ordered this product but never received the goods, I sent multiple emails and had replies from a different name and each time asking for more or different information. Despite asking for a replacement pack to be sent they ignored my request, I believe they are scammers so proceed at your own risk!!

Will never deal with this company again

At last finally got my refund from this company altho it did take a while and there was some mix ups along the way
Sometimes persistence does pay off.
Really should mention the product I guess
It does actually work!
I must always to remember to take order numbers down.I feel if I had done that in the first place perhaps I would have got my refund sooner
You live and learn no matter what age you are
