I have been using anti fungus medications
Both over the counter and for the last several years from my podiatrist.
None of them are effective.

Absolute scam! I placed an order on May 22nd and litterly 10 mins later when I discovered I had been overcharged I tried to cancel and was told it was too late it was processed. Got a further email to say it would be dispatched in 24 hours and yet another to say it would be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Seriously! My reply to each email was to highlight the time frame and the overcharge. And today May 24th an email to say my order is shipped.Then Mia took over and I requested a cancellation and refund again and also the email address for the MD of the company. Got the same generic rhetoric again. I was lucky that I had gone through PayPal and was able to cancel the subscription straight away. They just keep fobbing you off with all these emails in the hope that you will go away but I won't.
Steer clear. Product may be good (don't know yet) but their integrity and consumer service is not.
25th May the usual claptrap reply and here is the email they "reached out" to me with.

5/22/2026-Ordering web page navigation is bordering on intentional confusion aggressive marketing or inept page design, when ordering will not give clear checkout on order...it flips to yet another product page (spray) and then saying "no" doesnt mean "no"...it flips to auto order agreement where you check out thinking you confirmed ordering your first item from first page but found it signs you up for auto ordering though you said "no" to second page item (which is a spray)...I got charged for duplicated order of my initial order...double checked paypal...thats how i found out their 2nd page went ahead and charged for a 2nd duplicate order though you tapped the only prompt that said "no"...had to contact paypal to cancel auto pay sign up and put in dispute the second order i did not press "ok" to add nor try promotion to my first (pen) order... navigating order page is not straight up and straight forward. Im hoping for all this frustration and time wasted to correct ordering page "glitch" my trying the product will be better a experience. Hope reason is ordering on phone is glitchy compared to desk top or pad...giving benefit of doubt.
As of may 25th, have received multiple customer service emails which is comforting im hoping,they are having difficulty locating my first consented/intended order though i have confirmed email,paypal transaction id#,address,date of purchase,name,...gave email address of preference on THEIR order page (because of and due to recent msn.com outlook hack...locked my msn email for security update protocol). Working this out now "for privacy" give them paypal registered email i'm guessing though i provided email preference due to reason above...still working through "order recognition"
5/27.2026-the order seems corrected and resolved, duplicate order and paypal payment reversed and refunded, original order intended is on the way, correct charges have been clarified and applied, dispute on paypal have been removed, seems all is improving... looking up which was all i wanted to begin with. customer service has been polite though wordy but getting results and they are being responsive.
As of 5/28/2026- all has been corrected , shipment received, we'll see effectiveness of product, staff to correct was engaging and polite. issue resolved to satisfactory conclusion.

Absolute scam. Impossible to get out of their upsell page without clicking on an icon that just implies you don’t want more product at a large discount. What it really does is charge for that item without a discount. In effect, a double negative for the consumer.

I have a friend that actually use the product and she recomends it highly along how it actually worked for her in a matter of weeks.

Updated. The refund has been issued. It was a long process but it's finally done. It's a legitimate company. However, be aware of their marketing practices so you don't get stuck with unwanted products

I also when ordering was put onto different pages to add more and I didn't want them, yet they added them to my cart?! Then Mia at customer service was very quick to email me back - I said I didn't want ANY of the products and she advised to email her once I received them. I did so, and emailed her right away and she will let me know the address and how to return, but now radio silence from the entire company (after sending 5 emails and 2 phone calls). Such CROOKS!! I need to return all of the products (still in original mailing packaging haven't opened it) ASAP and have my VISA refunded ASAP!!
