I ordered from this company and it took a while to come. Thought safe to order from them again and order again but they haven’t arrived. I have emailed and had no reply

Not entirely sure about this company
Not entirely sure about this company. The website looks nice, and product arrived in a nice box, but lacks any company information (possibly in breach of UK and EU food packaging regs) Also odd that the website refers to loads of Trustpilot reviews, but I can’t find them.
Also - the website is almost identical to Nuvel supplement vendor. Almost like it’s one seller using multiple brands? Why?
Also - if this is made in the US, why does the delivery tracking come from China?
Why do they use gmail for emails and not their domain?
Why are the terms and conditions only partly completed Shopify templates with bits left blank?
In short I’m struggling to see any reassuring information that this isn’t a company set up two months ago in China to sell sugar water.
