Do not use this company. Firstly they took two payments without the order going through. I am still waiting for my refunds. Eventually the order went through for a 24hr despatch but the order took so long to be approved I had to cancel.

I'm more than happy with this product and service; however, the packaging is awful. The last two boxes have arrived partially opened. These boxes are simply not up to the job of transporting the weight inside them. Please get this right, or I will make my next purchase from another supplier.

Ordered my next pen on 15th august due to my next dose being due on 22nd August. Still waiting on product and it’s still to be dispatched. Customer service is shocking and I’ve been trying to call and have been on hold for 33mins so far. Absolutely disgusted and they were quick to take the money!!! I have now missed a dose and still waiting!!!!

Does not work. Customer service is poor. Finally got them to agree to take it back but now they state I need to show the original packaging.

After 30+ days I can’t find the original packaging so I am stuck with this useless thing.

Buyer beware this is snake oil do not purchase.

This is a scam no product gets delivered stay clear

Said, if I order with in the hour or so of the timer I would get my delivery the next day but when all went through, I had to wait up 5 working days for Mounjaro, an injection, I told them I needed it by the weekend. They themselves told me to order as I was having side effects from 2.5 and they said I should stick with 2.5 and not to take the 5 pen I already had...... Poor from them.

I placed an order for two products on March 20, 2024 and still have not received either product or the refund I’ve repeatedly requested. On April 9th I was told there was a shipping delay and that I’d be receiving my products in 6 days, but it is now May 10th and I’ve received nothing. I get emails telling me “not to worry”, but I haven’t seen evidence that I haven’t been taken for the $300 I intended to spend to help with chronic arthritis pain. I’m guessing this might be a a scam company and would urge caution for anyone considering a purchase. I will be happy to edit this review if I receive the products I paid for 2 months ago or receive the requested refund, as it’s only fair, but my frequent emails have resulted in no resolution.

I purchased a Medex Red Dent x 700 in November 2023. My dental health has greatly improved. I do not have any symptoms of swollen gums and my mouth feels great. I would highly recommend Red Dent x 700.

The product is great for relieving arthritis pain when it works. Mine has a short in the cord and all of lights will not come on anymore.

Although customer service was good, the first belt shorted out after 2 months. They sent me another and this one doesn't always turn on the first time pressing the button. The blinking light option only works at times, but never at my will. Very disappointing.

It's a very well-made product, took a couple of weeks to arrive (I'm in the UK so I'm fine with that timescale). My gripe is that the item has no proper/complete instructions. Just a very brief set of photos with a sentence underneath each. I was hoping for more guidance and instruction on how to use it basically.

I purchased this product as a last ditch effort to help with my sciatic pain. I've tried everything to no avail, PT, Acupuncture, etc nothing helped. Then I remembered how a chiro put a infrared light on my tonsils that had to come out, it cured them and I still have my tonsils to this day. When I saw this infrared pad I thought okay lets give it a try. I couldn't be more pleased I'm finally living pain free since I've been using this product. All I can say is thank you for a great purchase. Anyone living with pain I highly recommend trying this out you have nothing to lose except the pain since you get a money back guarantee if it doesn't work for you. If it works for me I can't imagine it not working for others, I've been in daily pain for 20 plus years. Feels great to have my life back

I have had chronic pain for 2 years, looking for something natural to heal or assist and I have to say the Medex gives me relief. I use it 2 rounds on both knees, hips, right thigh and then the back. I can walk with a straight back, still with a stick at the moment and look forward to throwing my stick away.

This has been added to therapy for my shoulder pain. I have to say with exercise & the light therapy I’ve come a long way in the last 7 weeks. It’s a great comfort at the end of the day. I highly recommend this as part of recovery program or just added for comfort to aching joints & muscles. Annette Maha

I have a couple of friends who recommended Infrared light therapy to me. I looked around for a long while before I decided to purchase this one. I have severe osteoarthritis of my right ankle that is now causing tendon problems and painful ambulation. It actually does help my pain. I started out with 10 minutes, and now using it twice a day for 20 minutes. The warmth feels good and the pain has improved. It's worth the money! I have not had any side effects from using it. I am in my late 60's and plan to continue to work longer. I look forward to using it because it has given me pain relief.

My pad took longer than I thought to arrive. I do understand that possibly they weren't prepared for the demand. I have a bad knee. The doctor says it's time to replace it. I've also got sciatica. I've been using the medex pad for over month. I feel like I'm almost ready to go without my knee brace! I'm walking like a normal person. No (or minimal) limp. I got the large pad for my back. It's a lot of wrapping for my knee. I might eventually get different size

I have been using Medex for the last 3 months. The drs. said I would never walk again until I found Medex. I use my belt everyday it makes my day run smooth. I don't know what I would do without this belt I love it, it is a life savior thankyou Medex for this belt
