If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. I was only trying to order the 9.95 one time offer and the next thing I know I am signed up with several other of their products with different names, like Zentrasport, Viraxpower, as well as Suvina. I called on 8/8/25 and spoke to Sasha at 3:43 p.m. She assured me that I would be receiving credit of about $400. To top it off the first shipment was broken. I'm still waiting for my credit. Ready to dispute it with the bank and contact the BBB.

I'm having the same issue as others on…

I'm having the same issue as others on here. I thought I was buying a one time trial product. Now they keep rolling in. I want it canceled if they have signed me up as a subscription. This is shady and probably not legal. I call the number on customer service and it rings off the hook and when you're about to give up, it gives you an option to leave a message! Very unhappy. Feel scammed.!I'm a senior on a fixed income and cannot afford a MONTHLY subscription of the same thing repeatedly. HELP!!

Do your homework before buying

I do not recommend this product line at all. I wanted to try the serum for 9.95. Somehow I also was notified I purchased a $49.95 moisturizer. When I was sent the confirmation email there was an option to cancel the orders (for some reason the orders were separate). To which I received no immediate response. A few days later I received an email with an 800 number to call for customer service. It has a VOICEMAIL. I left my information & upon further research found out that you CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCTS. What kind of company is this anyway??? I will be taking further action to try to resolve this with my credit card company. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

Scam theives

Very upset , DO NOT WANT THIS SCAM OF A PRODUCT . 9.99 I COULD HAVE LIVED WITH BUT NOT ANOTHER CHARGE OF 97.79 !! NO WAY I WANT MY MONEY BACK PERIOD !!! NOTHING IS WORTH ONE EIGHTH OF OUR INCOME FOR A WHOLE MONTH !! THEIVES ... 06 /15 and 06/24 they keep taking money
