From Monjauro to Measured
Wonderful customer service! Someone was always there to answer all of my questions. And the product is really affordable. I was on Monjauro before and the medication is literally the same but for so much more of an affordable price.

Price is high, they respond fast…
The people here follow up fairly quickly and are very respective. The site is very interesting is very user-friendly if you’re switching over from another company and switching medications, be aware of the fact that you are not going to lose any weight at least for a month if not longer

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with the Measured app. I paid over $500 expecting support with weight loss, but I did not lose any weight while using the program.
When I contacted customer service about this, I was told that the starting doses are not meant to cause weight loss and are only to see how your body reacts to the medication. However, I explained that I had already taken this medication before and had no issues with it.
Another major concern is that they do not offer refunds if you do not see results. They keep your card on file and continue charging, even if you are unhappy with the program. While responses from support are usually quick, they are often not helpful and mostly focus on continuing charges rather than resolving concerns.
Overall, my experience felt very frustrating and expensive without delivering the results that were promised. I would encourage others to carefully review the terms and costs before signing up.

Our goal is always to provide safe, medically guided care, which is why many GLP-1 medications begin with lower starting doses designed to help the body adjust before increasing to therapeutic levels where weight loss is more commonly seen. Even for patients who have taken the medication before, if it has been two weeks or more since the last dose, medical guidelines generally require restarting at a lower dose to ensure safety and tolerability.
We understand how frustrating it can feel when results aren’t immediate, and our care team works closely with patients to monitor progress and determine the best next steps as dosing is adjusted.

The ease of use and the additional support of the staff, nurses, doctors and even nutritionists is what sets Measured above the rest. Everyone is easy to get a hold of for answers and help.
