Dropshipping scam essentially
Dropshipping scam essentially.
Website branded and designed to look like the actual Luxe light website, which lulls you in to a false sense of security.
The product shipped is a much cheaper version than the actual luxe light product, and it took 2 weeks to arrive from China to the UK. The website claims “We dispatch all orders the next working day. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days”.
Emails bounce back, rendering the refund policy useless and a sham.
DO NOT BUY FROM Tryluxlight.shop and ensure you’re at the actual brand of light supplier you intended to be at.

Beware when ordering
Unfortunately I made an order with this company thinking they were tryluxelight.com who have very good reviews. I think this company are hoping other people will make the same mistake. I made an order for 5 lights with free protective covers. I’ve received the five lights but no covers. The lights are not as advertised- I could have bought them cheaply on Amazon. I have tried to contact the company but the email address given does not exist and my email has been returned as undeliverable.
