DO NOT BUY - They will not honor the stated 90 day money back guarantee!! I order on 2/28/26 and on 4/21/26 I asked for a full refund because the product does not work as stated. They responded repeatedly that my request was outside of the 30 day guarantee window - even though I showed them the screen shot of the 90 day guarantee when I purchased. The product does not work and this is a fraudulent company

Until now the 15th of May I have not received the product so I really can't verify that DermaRix cures my naisten. I even paid the sum via Klarna who has paid the company my ordered product. Waiting to receive the shipment and soon.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. This company is rude and unprofessional. As a long lasting customer who recently immigrated I was trying to purchase my BB cream in bulk and have it delivered. But between their head office in South Africa and their department here in Australia no one was willing to help me or even bothered replying to me. All I got was a rude response and unprofessional service. All they want is your money but don’t want to provide the service. Disgusting!
