Great product on offer! So many features — and yet, as a busy working mum who volunteers at the PTA with zero time or brain space to learn new techy stuff, here I am! After just four phone calls and s... See more

Website is completely broken, wasted an hour and a half of my time to end up with no tickets. Hundreds or thousands of other complaints on the events FB page.

Can not handle traffic for a large event. Tickets for the RAAF show crashed their website. Their Waiting room process is meant to reduce the traffic hitting server request and this failed multiple time. No attempt to try and resolve

Absolute joke of a booking site. Waited until the tickets got released for the RAAF show and started booking exactly at 10. The entire site crashed and the pages disappeared. Don't accept events if you can't handle the booking process. My son is extremely disappointed now.

I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. The site cannot handle high volume sales and should be avoided as a seller if you wish your customers to have a good buying experience.
Frequent site crashes, carts that wipe empty and disappear, to only send you later to a waiting room.
Poor implementation/execution. Don't use these guys.

More like failbooking.com.
Cannot book tickets for an event, 500, 502 and 504 errors.
Phone number does not work either.

TryBooking is where, active and fluid communication meets a hands on, proactive ‘can do/will do’ approach to exemplary customer service. No other alternative comes close.
Thank you Jules & Sheila, you both took the stress out of this element of our event.

First class, no query is too small for the support team. They are super helfpful and it is refreshing to be able to speak with a human being. I love functionality of site and have successfuly arranged a few events.

One of the most helpful and supportive organisations I have ever dealt with. High quality customer service- take time to talk you through any problems and give guidance on inputting data. Well organised and fairly priced ticket booking service. Highly recommended.

We've used TryBooking for a number of years now for all of our events and we've never had any issues. We expanded our use of the platform this year by utilising the Box Office feature and it helped with efficiency and ease of our event. They're always happy to jump on calls to help you out or if something needs explaining a bit more.

We used TryBooking for our first Open Farm Sunday event. The site could not have been better for an event which had lots of moving parts. Super-easy to set-up, easy for people to sort tickets, easy for us to manage cancellations, changes in timings and emailing all visitors. Absolutey 5* from our team.

Try booking is easy to use, and the staff are a brilliant help, if I've ever had any issues, or need a hand with something they are always quick, helpful and polite ! We will use them for all of our events.
The suite of apps worked great for our small event, and the fees are some of the lowest we found.
I booked four tickets for a classical event recently. Some mistake led to that I got and was charged for eight tickets. When contacting try booking there was a link to the event organiser (a German chamber philharmonia) that I used five times but no answer. Then corresponded with try booking who contacted the German organiser about my problem and sent me copies of their correspondence. When arriving to the event, the organiser were well informed and just checked that we used four tickets and said that they would reimburse the other four unused tickets booked by mistake. I got my money back within three days.

This is a shout-out to Melissa O'Brien, from the TryBooking Customer Success team. I have just had to cancel some tickets to an event, where the event organiser was giving me the run-around ... Melissa was beyond helpful, and provided the event organiser everything they needed to handle the cancellation and refund as well! Thanks Melissa - and to Melissa's boss, look after her, unfortunately in my experience customer service that good is a bit of a rarity these days 😉

We’ve have used TryBooking for our charity events, and while the platform is easy to use, the processing fees are excessive for organisations like ours. For example, on a $250 ticket, the processing fee is $6.75! Thats 2.5% plus $0.50 per ticket. While they suggest passing this onto the guests, it still impacts what we can charge for a ticket!!
As a charity, every dollar matters, and these fees make a noticeable dent in our fundraising efforts.
It would be great if TryBooking offered discounted rates or reduced fees for charities to better support organisations working hard to make a difference.
If your event relies on minimising costs, I’d recommend exploring alternatives before committing.

They will not refund anything, claiming they are a 'payment facilitator' and not a booking platform (as if they are simply an innocent eftpos terminal! convenient!)
They sold us tickets that do not exist and they do not have a basic refund policy that enforces our consumer rights. They claim to have no responsibility for the events they market and sell on their website.
We lost hundreds, don't buy from this platform.
Poor customer service. Attempted to contact to resolve an issue multiple times but no response. Eventually heard a response weeks later claiming I never reached out— yet even then they still did not attempt to resolve the issue.
Seek alternate ticket providers if and when possible.
Edit: note their response. Not only lying about not receiving correspondence but still haven’t fixed the issue. Scamming dogs - I hope karma bends you over.
