I never found the person I was looking for but I found some of his relatives. They did not respond to my inquiries.
It was a little bit difficult to cancel. It did not work by voice over phone. I tried twice. I talked to a lady this morning. She was very nice but talked to fast so it was hard to understand her. She was friendly though and helpful.

I used this service one time and cancelled the following day. But somehow they continued billing be for a service another 5 months, apparently I needed to cancel that service separately (unlimited PDFs..). When I found this and called, they only refunded one month of this service I never used. Seems to be a deceptive practice and I don't trust this business.
