It's great that one can rate service providers, but how does one actually resolve an issue, because I can't reply to a response. Was this supposed to be a dead end? One rating and one response, no com... See more
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Trustpilot censors real feedback to…
Trustpilot censors real feedback to protect corporate clients.
My experience with G-Portal was negative, so I left an honest review on Trustpilot detailing what happened. G-Portal complained to Trustpilot, and rather than supporting real consumers, Trustpilot removed my review.
This experience exposed how Trustpilot actually operates: it functions as a corporate protectionist platform where negative feedback against paying clients is actively suppressed. A platform that removes honest, negative reviews to keep corporate clients happy is a scam. Consumers deserve real transparency, not curated corporate public relations. Avoid relying on Trustpilot for authentic ratings.

Fabricating reviews and hiding behind verification system. If you want to leave bad review, there is no review, but for good review you're hit with verification. Even if proof is send, review can't be published. No point using Trustpilot, if company probably not paying them to keep them sweet.

I really like to pilot I believe it does help to solve a lot of problems, but I don’t like the fact you cannot reply to the replies the company sent to you. Question why not?

Trust Pilot is great
Trust Pilot is great. Got ripped off at a car rental in Fiji. Stated the problem and advised everyone to be careful. I also got some money back from them. Thanks Trustpilot.
