True View gave us a quote sometime in January but we had a couple hefty expenses come up and weren't able to schedule at that time. When we were able to schedule several months later, True View honored their original quote (that included a discount!) and scheduled our patio door frame repair immediately. They had to reschedule for a couple weeks later due to a part supply issue, but came out immediately once the part arrived. The installers were professional, friendly and efficient - had our door frame fixed within a couple hours. Patio door now slides easily and we are totally satisfied with the end product. Thank you True View Windows!

Nice clean installation of replacement window. I would recommend.using them.

Some delay with window replacement which was incorrectly measured by the first technician. When the window did arrive, the installer was efficient, professional.and skilled.

True View Windows replaced a piece of glass in my sliding glass to repair the leak. I highly recommend them and Lou- the gentleman that did all of the work!!!

One of our large window wall panes unexpectedly imploded one night. The replacement wasn't cheap, and took several weeks, but was fair and understandable given the size. Process was very easy with no surprises.

Broken two layer window with moisture inside. Had previously used True View Windows. They had a gentleman out to take measurements. He did a perfect job and was very pleasant and professional. Cost was determined and window ordered. We had a new window within a couple of weeks of placing order. Window was professionally inserted, no problems. We would use True View Windows again, should the need arise.

Adam from True View windows was very informative and professional. He repairs my windows and explained what he was doing and why. When he couldn't finish the job in the time slot he was given to work within he came back the next day to finish. I'm very happy with the results and would use True View Windows again.
