Helpful assistance and quick fulfillment of my order

Hardware Source provided good replacement hinges for our original 1960’s hinges. They arrived quickly. A couple of the hinges had an issue and the customer service response was excellent. After we supplied photos showing the issue, replacements arrived within a couple days.

The end result is a kitchen that looks much more modern without ripping out and replacing the cabinets.

Rashad helped me find the right hinges for my armoire through hinge finder. They were a perfect fit. Unfortunately, I received one set of different hinges but Rashad came through again and shipped the correct ones out promptly. Great experience! Would definitely buy from them again!

Never received the item. Not sure if it was Hardware Source’s fault or USPS, but never got the item. They quickly refunded the money.

Holly crap, these prison hinges I bought are huge, well built..I order the 3 day express and got them on time like they said..I will definitely order from these guys again...oh, I found the same product elsewhere at almost double the price..

I was having a difficult time finding a replacement for an unusual cabinet hinge. I had looked all around and was giving up hope - until I found HardwareSource's hinge finder. I emailed your company for a hard-to-find hinge and included a photo of what I needed to be replaced. Your customer service promptly responded and was able to find exactly what I needed.

This would have been a much lower score if not for Dom. We were shipped the wrong hinges twice. in trying to get the right ones, we were getting nowhere with the customer service department. They finally referred us to Dom who listened to all info and evaluated pictures of the cabinet. He knew just what we needed and shipped us the correct hinges within a couple of days. Dom earned a five star rating alone! He is a great asset to your company
