We bought our GS1000 in 2017 and have had great success with it. We added a Speedy400 in 2021 to complement it and it has also been fantastic. Matt Dunne, our rep, is always ready to answer any question I have or he will research it for me and promptly get back with me. His expertise has been invaluable as a resource for our laser department.
Trotec lasers are a work horse
Trotec lasers are a work horse, had the machine for 6 years and have had little issues. We run it everyday for 5+hours a day. Reliable and good customer service

While I will say that Trotec support seemed to have had a rough patch a few years ago, any issue I have had over the past 2 years has been quickly resolved in full either by Trotec support via email, phone, or both... or by our main contact, Gary Sheriff. Gary is always super helpful.

I bought my 1st Laser in 2014 speedy 100. It is the best laser (in my opinion) for rubber stamps and awards. When I decided to buy another laser in 2024. I reached out to Sara Duchsherer and she took care of the sale with ease. From the purchase to the delivery to the training and service absolutely the best.

I looked at a competitor at the same time when I went to purchase. What stuck out to me was not just the price, to be honest the other one was less money. I went on integrity, honesty, and knowledge. The support from David Stevens (aka Laser Dave) without question was and continues to be fantastic. I also had to contact support a couple of times; they responded in less than 24 hours and worked with me until it was 100% resolved. Support to me was relentless in getting the issue corrected, it was not a mechanical issue but a software issue. The best part of all this is I'm a one man band and have been treated with such professionalism it has been a refreshing experience all the way around thanks so much.

We have been working with Trotec Laser since 2016 and currently own 27 machines, all of which are Speedy 400 models. Overall, we are satisfied with them. Occasionally, there are some issues, but which machine doesn’t have problems now and then? We’ve been in contact with Gary Sheriff for the past 10 years, and he has always provided us with the right guidance and encouragement. If our business has grown this much, it’s largely thanks to the Trotec lasers, which run tirelessly day and night.

I had worked with a Speedy 360 for about three years using the Job Control software. Last year I bought a new Speedy 400, which came with the Ruby software. The transition was seamless between the softwares. My Speedy 400 is a beast! From precision cutting to incredibly detailed engraving, the results are consistently clean and sharp.
But what truly sets Trotec apart is the one-on-one training. They come to your location to help set up your machine, ensure it’s working properly, demonstrate its features, and answer all your questions. I had Sarah and she was amazing! She gave me the confidence I needed to try things I had not tried on the old machine. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Trotec’s customer service has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. They call back within 24 hours and even have overnight shipped a part for me! From our very first inquiry to post-purchase support, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. I have had a superb experience with the Trotec Company. When I was interested in purchasing a laser, I was met with Sara who directed me openly, honestly and completely to the laser that would provide me with the most efficacious use for my needs. Her training was absolutely top notch and remains available well after the sale. When my camera was found to be defective, she and the repair technician insisted it be completely replaced rather than an attempt to repair it. The folks I have been exposed to during the purchase, training and maintenance of my laser have been top notch. Our Speedy 360…
We bought a Trotec 360 machine recently and the representative came out to set it up. Sara was our customer support representative and she made sure we were trained in operating the machine and understood the Ruby software. There was an issue with the autofocus camera which she immediately addressed with tech support. The local technician, AJ, came out yesterday and installed a new sensor which corrected the issue. Received the rotary in a separate shipment and upon opening the damaged box noticed the rotary was damaged in shipment. Contacted Trotec and sent them photos of the damaged unit and they responded quickly by providing a new replacement. Very pleased with our 360 and the support we received.
