I bought a Speedy 400 in February of 2018, and I am still using the same machine today. It has been a workhorse, turn it on and it runs. The speed and accuracy is amazing. I do a lot of unique one-off creations and the Trotec laser makes all of the difference. With the large bed, a full 12 inch Z-axis I can do some amazing things.

I researched lasers for 2 years before going to a trade show and seeing them all in operation. The Trotec was far and away the fastest machine there and to top it off, the accuracy, power and reliability were second to none. Gary Sheriff was a great help in selecting my machine and all of the accessories.

The way that Trotec seals their machines from the residue created by cutting and engraving a variety of materials ensures that they will last a long time. I highly recommend Trotec lasers to anyone that needs their machine to perform reliably.

We purchased 2 machines back in November 2019 from Gary Sheriff. He made it a really easy transition from our old Epilog machines we had. Gary came and helped get our software set up and made sure we had our files up before leaving us. We had very little hiccups but when we did, Trotec support was able to walk us through our issues. Things went so well, we ended up purchasing another 2 machines from Gary in March of 2021. In the 2 years, the difference in the machines was pretty drastic but for the better. Those newer machines cut our materials like butter. Look forward to possibly upgrading our machines in the future and I'll definitely be contacting Gary.

My rotary went out on my Speedy 300 just as a big order came in, of course. Service team and Sara Duchsherer worked with me to get the replacement parts ordered, shipped and installed!! Great and supportive team work!! Whew! Job was done and delivered on time!! Thank you Sara, Aaron and all the team!! 💪
