Very qualitative and comfortable shoes. Very satisfied.

Love these shoes for traveling, just wish the toe box was wider. Have bought three pairs but think I'll be moving on due to the narrow toe box.

Very disappointed in the quality and fit! Only wore them 4 times and wouldn't want to wear them for long. I made a poor choice for these to replace another pair of Tropicfeel shoes I liked but they were falling apart at every seam. Tried to have these replaced and was offered nothing by customer service other than they appreciated my feedback. Supported them from the beginning with several purchases but the quality obviously is falling. They have lost me as a loyal customer forever as I will shop elsewhere for replacements.

My order arrived really fast, less then a week, there was a small problem from DHL side on the delivery but Topicfeel re-arranged it to a pick-up point. The reply form the helpservice was really fast. My backpack looks great

I have messaged numerous times now but Tropicfeel doesn’t get back to me.
I first had an ‘out for delivery’ email from Evri a week ago. We waited in but the package didn’t arrive. It’s been the same every day since then. I think the package is lost.
We got a 2 hour delivery window on Friday so I finally thought it would be delivered but I got another email saying the slot had changed and then 2 minutes later another email saying that the driver couldn’t deliver that day. No one knocked at the door.
The order has taken so long to arrive we are now no longer at that address. What do we do now that no one will be at that address to receive delivery?
The order has shown tracking as ‘out for delivery’ for 5 days in a row. We can’t keep waiting in like this. I can’t believe companies are still using Evri for deliveries. They are so terrible it is beyond belief.
I have now lost patience. I paid nearly £200 for 2 items which have not arrived, are well outside the stated delivery window and were needed for work last week. Tropicfeel have sent a couple of generic replies which explain and solve nothing and now they are not replying at all. I wouldn’t order from this company until they cut ties with Evri

They are the worst kinda of company I have dealt with. Their products don't work as shown; they don't refund the money. That being said, the products are not CHEAP. You buy something that's 100 dollars and you get nothing back!
Frauds!!!!!!!!!

Bought the AT X Drizzle sneakers and after six months of light occasional wear, they end up with holes next to the stitches. They look really good, but their quality and durability is very poor. I lost trust in the brand and won't be buying from them again.

I seriously suspect there are financial problems at Tropicfeel. they seem to have shut down their support group and are not permitting returns for cash anymore. i have not been able to get any response from them for multiple days. be careful if you order from them

The shoes very comfortable and are easy to slip on/out. Be sure to read the trueness to size when ordering as it varies from model to model.

Worst experience ever!
The backpack was shipped fast but it didnt meet my expectations. It was actually made from cheap materials.
It was the Scout Pro Lite.
I wated to return the Backpack and they literally offered me to purchase the return ticket for 20 Euros. Otherwise i am not able to return it.
Okay i get it but 20 Euro what the.....
i never ever had to pay 20 Euro for sending something back inside Germany.
Do your self a favour and avoid that polished advertisement instagram brand.

Just received my pair of AT HDry but side of the left insole curves upward instead of properly sitting in the shoe so it is uncomfortable to wear as it rubs against the side of my foot. Since all I need is for the one defective insole to be replaced, I had thrown the box away and removed the tags as I plan on wearing them after getting the insole replaced. Apparently Tropicfeel cannot just send a replacement insole. They suggested that I either buy insoles myself from a shoe store or to pay €8 for the cost of the return to exchange the whole pair (which I cannot do now without the original packaging). Why would you expect your customer to pay out-of-pocket to come up with a solution for sending them something defective?!
Even though I was really annoyed with the above, I have to say once I got my own insoles, they are really comfortable to wear and lightweight when travelling. I wore them in the city with cobblestone when it's raining and on the beach and my feet stayed dry.

Received my shoes but there was a fault with them, i've tried via multiple channels to contact them regarding my return. Initially had a response but now nothing. It seems as if once you've purchased your product they no longer care because they do not respond, i've even used there returns portal and still can't send them back! BEWARE

I bought the collapsible wardrobe for a camping safari later this year. It’s like having 3 decent sized packing cubes but the beauty is that the strapping condenses it to about 2/3 of the original size leaving plenty of room in my hold-all for shoe’s and toiletries. On arrival, I can simply hang it up in the tent like a mini wardrobe and no more rummaging around for the right packing cubes.

I have placed an order with them but i did not get the confirmation email, even though the money was taken from my account. It turns out i used a different e-mail address and the confirmation went directly into the Spam folder. After a couple of ema-il with the support team they told me about the other email address used and i was able to find all the details, even the tracking number and the order was actually already on my way. I felt bad for doubting them , but they were actually really helpful and professional. It is my second order with them and i think i will come back to them in the future. If they had a phone number to talk to a person would have been even better and probably faster to solve the issue.

What's good - reasonably fast delivery and a smart looking shoe.
Otherwise - This is the first supposedly UK size 11 shoe I've ever had that I can't get on. It's too narrow and I can't get my heel past the back of the shoe.
The model, AT HDry, is described as "Runs Large" which I interpreted to mean that the sizing was generous - not so.
To add insult to injury they then demand £8.79 as a "Return shipping cost" and add further insult by adding on yet further "Service Fees" of £4.39 when you get to the payment page making over £13 to get back £97.
If I'd ordered the wrong size I could almost stomach this, but it's Tropicfeel's fault for selling undersized goods and then insist I pay for their incompetence.
Virtually every other clothing company (and Amazon) my family and I deal with have a free returns policy since, in these days of remote shopping, you cannot be sure that stuff will fit without trying it on and they realise that returns are now a cost of doing business.
Do not buy from this company if you are in any way unsure you will keep the goods.

Great customer service.my address was wrong and the instant instantly sent me an email to verify it

Wrong sizing. Never have I bought a 7.5 that doesn’t fit me. Outside of 30 days so won’t exchange for a size 8.
Left talking texting a bot. Not the service you would expect for trainers that cost £100+.
I would avoid this company in future. Trainers don’t look like they would be comfortable either. Even if they did fit.
