I haven't received my product yet, it's past due and I haven't even received any tracking number. I'm sure the product is probably great but getting my product isn't going well at all. It was ordered April 25th United States shipping and it is now May 3rd. I was under the impression it was 3-5 day shipping with 2 days of processing. I probably wouldn't be as concerned about where it is had I received a tracking Number.

Update: never got a tracking number but it finally came.

Bro...this thing rocks socks...4 stars because the shipping sucked and I never got a tracking number but the product is great!

After reading reviews about what I was looking for I went to their excellent website. Not knowing too much about the products they sell. Inexperienced rookie. Proceeded to be assisted via chat by Marvi. She was super nice and helpful for this old senior citizen (true - hahaha). She set up payment link and made the purchase / checkout very easy. Evidently I will receive very prompt shipping too.

I love that I can have full control over the range of my supplied voltage. It's not a bad thing, but I thought the product was smaller than expected. Works well for what I want!

Over one hour trying to check out. Costumer service goes out of the way not to answer questions. Coupon promised for signing up is never sent and costumer service wont answer inquiries about that either.

u took a very simple process an made it way to difficult, settings don't even work.not for me

I love this thing, it works great, it stays clean after each use, and it offers you lots of temperature control.

Super slow shipping...about a month! Omegatron produces extremely harsh vapor! I was ready to.go to the emergency room. So the product is useless for me and sits on my table.

Its a reminder of me to not be suckered in by hype for something less than useless.

Email communication was amazing. I was notified about my purchase evey step of the way. My item came as expected and everyone has been raving about my new vaporizer. I wish they would make a travel case for it.

Shipping notification was lacking.
It's a large form with little information. It could probably be displayed more simply. Some of the field headings were white text on a light grey background making them unreadable.
Also, wish they took Apply pay. Would have made checkout easier for me.
Overall though, I am happy with the product and would recommend it.
