Great product availability, but unexpected courier fees
I was able to find exactly the part I needed on Trodo, and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I am quite disappointed with the shipping experience. Despite paying nearly $50 for shipping and the order being exempt from customs duties, DHL charged an additional "administrative fee" upon delivery. When paying a premium for international shipping, these types of hidden costs should be disclosed upfront or covered by the service. It leaves a bit of a sour taste on an otherwise good purchase.
