Not good delivery - very slow 12 working day.
I ordered fast delivery and paid an extra €12.99 for DPD courier delivery from 2 to 5 working days, but it arrived in 12 working days (2 weeks).
My package from China takes so long to arrive—and here, from the neighboring country, it takes so long. And it's not cheap shipping, like the ones I order from China.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, they have been ghosted me since a week, my order is stuck at custom due to their incompetence of not filling the custom declaration properly, I have been chasing them daily with no response. I would advise strongly anyone that wish to avoid stress to order from Autodoc, this has been nothing but stressful!

Last mile delivery ( GLS in France) sucks. Said my adress does not exist, I spelled it wrong. Same adress I get delivered to by every one else, Fedex, DHL, LaPoste etc. Please kick out GLS, it is always the same stories with them. Otherwise product, price, lead time ok.
