Need to change delivery company

Despite being told my dress was being dispatched 4 days running UPS failed to pick it up so I had to go to london and collect it. The girls in store were super helpful but urgent change of delivery company is needed

Appalling customer service

Ordered a dress in a style and from a brand that I have already in my wardrobe x3. Top part fits normally but below the bust it's enormous – at least two sizes larger. Told Trilogy about this and suggested that it was faulty. Their response was that I was wrong, cut changes according to material and I have to pay for return and any potential exchange. Have now photographed the dress against others in the identical style and measured three of them against the new dress. The dress I was sent is 12-24 inches wider below the bust, through the hips and down than any other. I don't mind paying for a return if I don't like something. I do object to being called a liar and dismissed. Waiting to hear their response but this is the worst customer service I've ever had. All because the manufacturer made a mistake.

The order I placed online was not…

The order I placed online was not processed or delivered, I did not receive any notice for cancellation either, emailed the help desk, never received any reply. Now have to chase my credit card company to get my money back. Do not recommend!

Very pleased with the efficient…

Very pleased with the efficient response to my order problem. I ordered two pairs of jeans in the sale but only one pair was sent to me, I contacted Trilogy to inform them of this and they very efficiently delivered the second pair to me yesterday. Delighted with the service and the jeans.

Free returns poor service

If you would like people to buy online you need to make the free returns service as painless as possible. If you have decided not to include a return label, then rpovide a QR code with the receipt. I shouldn't have to email to request a label and wait hours for a response. Not good enough.

Customer services were very helpful

Customer services were very helpful, giving me guidance as I don't usually shop on line. I also had a query about sizing and the advice was spot on.

My concern was the condition in which the skirt arrived. It was very, very creased, which was disappointing. If it had been packaged better, this wouldn't have been the case.
