Love Trilogy! Such a variety of great brands.

I ordered 2 items and without being informed I was issued a refund for one of them and received the other. I should’ve been notified so I could’ve ordered an alternative. There needs to be better customer service.

Loved the jeans I did receive hence the 2 stars.

The Jeans were delivered on time but the Jeans themselves have a faulty/broken zip. The zip only stays up with a safety pin and it is not because they are too small they fit fine. The length of the legs stops just above the ankle bone which is shorter than my usual J brand 'Maria' style that I normally buy. I don't mind but just wanted to mention it. They were very expensive so I was a bit disappointed

Ordered dress on line and it was slightly small - returns very easy and got replacement quickly. I was kept informed throughout process. Very happy with my experience using this store.

No email correspondence. Only fulfilled a third of the order and supplied no update to communicate or explain this. Very disappointing.

I purchased an item on line, on the 9th December as a Christmas present……it is now the 22nd and I have still not received it. It turns out that someone at Trilogy wrote the incorrect address and UPS weren’t able to find me. I made three calls to Trilogy and was told the address had been updated. Then I was told that the parcel would not arrive until the 27th! This morning I had emails from UPS still stating the incorrect address. I called Trilogy stating I wanted a refund and was told I could only have it when the parcel arrived back to them! I was astounded at the attitude and rudeness I experienced from the staff and manager…… frankly their customer service is abysmal. They need some serious training.

I don't usually buy a great deal online, preferring to shop instore to support my local high street. I love the brands Trilogy offers and have been tempted on many occasions but this time they had several styles I was after at a really great price. I wasn't disappointed and kept everything I ordered. The speed of delivery was great, the items were packaged beautifully and the quality was as expected. I'll definitely shop with Trilogy again.

Unfortunately online experience is terrible, hard to navigate website and the items on it are not actually available. Very disappointing.

My order was cancelled because the product bought was out of stock, despite being available on the website. Refund was sent to the wrong account, still waiting for the customer service to respond to me, I sent several messages. Disrespectful to the customers

They seem to have the best selection of AG jeans that I love. Good prices when on sale and very quick reliable delivery.

Bad experience

Spent 20min rummaging in the sale pile of jeans with a sale assistant. Finally found what I was looking for but when I went to the till it came out that the item was still full price. The assistant responsible didn't attempt to any apology for their mistake, but in a very rude way just told me that I had to pay full price and by British law I didn't have any right to claim a discount. I left shocked.
It's sad because the have very nice stuff just useless staff.

Quick response to order however UPS delivery disgraceful. Trilogy experience was first class but their delivery provider let them down
