Fantastic customer service and an excellent shopping experience
An item from Tresor Vintage's online shop caught my eye and I just had to have it. I wanted more information before purchasing and reached out to Tresor via WhatsApp. Emma replied to me quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. She was very responsive, detailed and thorough in all of our communication. Upon purchasing, Tresor shipped out my item very quickly (I am in the US, and I believe I only waited 3 days to receive my package). It was beautiful and safely packaged. Cannot recommend Emma and the whole Tresor Vintage team enough! Fantastic purchasing experience and I will be a repeat customer.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I just received my handbag minutes ago and I just have to write a review! From purchasing the bag to receiving it, the entire process was so seamless. Their customer service is incredible. They updated me every step of the way, sent a very detailed condition report with clear photos and thorough descriptions, and answered all my questions. I had never purchased a pre-loved handbag online without seeing it first, so I was a bit apprehensive. I instantly felt so at ease and confident thanks to their wonderful customer service.
The bag was packaged so beautifully and thoughtfully- it was in a Tresor Vintage box with a pretty ribbon tied around it. The bag was carefully wrapped and stuffed to maintain its shape, with lots of tissue paper around it to keep it safe and secure. They even wrote me a handwritten note which was so lovely. They made the unboxing process a luxury experience in and of itself!
The bag is in such great condition and matches the photographs and condition report exactly. I am so beyond happy I stumbled across Tresor Vintage- I cannot wait to make more purchases from them in the future. So excited to wear my new bag!
