The application has become terribly like an amusement park, visually it is extremely tiring and you filled it with unnecessary details, why was there a need to spoil it so much?

They have suspended my account twice although I made numerous orders...for security reason was the explanation...what's the security reason for someone who pays his orders I cannot understand....

Manipulation to the worst extent. Not trustworthy. Here is summary of my multiple experience with them
1- bad quality
2- Fake items
3- delivery never on time. 5 and more days delay in case its shipped internationally
4- they change delivery dates without any notification
5- their customer care has zero value. Never was able to help in delivery issues
7- they rudely tell you to fix the late delivery with the courier directly
8- they don't accept cancelling the order after changing delivery dates nor offer any compensation

It’s a total scam no authenticity no Customer Service support the worst online shipping experience ever. I’m going to claim a legal case against Trendyol

I initiated a return request for three items on the same day I received the package. It’s been around 15–20 days, but no one contacted me or came to collect the items. Now, they’ve cancelled the return claiming that I didn’t answer their call, which is completely false. This is very disappointing and feels like a scam. Think twice before buying—if the product turns out bad, you might end up losing your money.

All the products are delivered,no matter what.

Never ever use this app.. Not trust worthy at all.... I lost my 300 aed there.. I returned they said not received as always.. & sometime not ready to accept return also within 7days.. Plz request not to use this at all & don't download it fake & lier sellers... Totally fake all way.. U can chat with me to know my personal experience, I will reply u all properly...

As per EU regulations you are obliged to have a one click unsubscribe to your emails, you require the user to follow a full path to login in order to change the newsletter settings. This is shady and illegal in EU.

❌➖EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE – TRENDYOL & SHIPA (Dubai)

Order placed on 4 Nov, finally delivered on 17 Nov after endless stress. The Shipa delivery guy was extremely rude and unprofessional—he told me to come downstairs and pick up my own order because it was “heavy.”

He even delivered to the wrong address (1402 instead of my 1002) and sent me a WhatsApp photo. When I told him it was the wrong flat, he deleted the image and ignored many of my calls. This is pure harassment and completely unacceptable. A delivery person’s job is to deliver to the door, not make customers run around.

Trendyol took zero responsibility, and Shipa’s service was a disaster from start to finish.

worst company to ever buy anything, you get nothing and your money is lost, most frustrating experience trying to track your package which never gets shipped. A big fraud. If you have paid money for anything just forget it

Better not to buy expensive items, products are low quaity, sellers are liars and trndyol doesn’t give a s***, you will lose money, time, nerves…go to shein, they are 100% more serious and solves your order issues fast and humanly. Thieves and liars on trendyol.
