Delivery on time,

Just tried to return something. Item returned and refund processed even after their specified time refund never came. Scammers sitting in customer service

I am never ordering from them again! They collaborate with the worst courrier company (they deliver the same order split in 3...for 1/3 they can deliver it, for 2/3 and 3/3 the address suddenly becomes "incomplete"!! How incompetent can they be?!!) The Trendyol assistant is even worse, I think they are replaced with robots, for days they did nothing to help and just waited for the products to be returned to sender WHEN I CLEARLY SPECIFIED I WANTED THE PRODUCTS, NOT THE REFUND! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN, I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME, SIMILAR COMPETITORS OFFER WAY BETTER SERVICES, SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE OF GOING THROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR AND TALKING TO THE WALLS

You can't get in contact with anyone for issues. The app is glitchy won't let me easily start a refund. My order was delayed and when it arrives it was broken . Now I cant get in contact to tell them I need the replacement expedited because the app doesn't work .

Bought a few Marvis toothpaste. All fake.

Very good quality, quick transport, best experience

I am very satisfied with the site, especially with the customer service. Recently I had a request regarding a package I had ordered a long time ago but had not been shipped. I received a reply very quickly, and the package was sent the next day.

I ordered some products, they never arrived, their client support is very poor. Situation unsolved

Delivery time is too long until now my order did not recieve yet, I ordered last nov 27,2025 up until now no update.

I order size 9.5 shoes but they deliver wrong I want to return my item to change it but no one is calling until now to take my item

My experience was very bad. First time I order here but in this first time I’ve experienced not good. Services, communication really failed. I wrote properly my place and then when they call just call once and khalas, no second call no chats no anything, im ordering in other applications like tabby tamara noon amazon. But I never experience like this it should be the driver will communicate the customer to deliver and receive the item but no initiative happened. And they used the automatic system in whatsapp which you cannot communicate them well. Sorry guys but not recommended just refund my money and keep your items there.

The shipping was very very late, so they gave me a coupon. But the coupon expired very quickly, which is ironic, isn't it? Then, when I spoke to the customer service, they were VERY rude and dismissive.

Worst delivery service, customer service is worst and refund policy is ridiculous as they will give as coupons which forces you to buy from them again.

I ordered a pack of CAT Food, has 6 cans in one box however, they sent me only 1 can, after requested for refund they sent me after 5 days as coupon to my trendyol account.

I don’t know why a big online store like trendyol use a terrible courier company like imile. I have ordered something on November 18th, today it’s December 3rd. December 2nd was the last delivery date. Still I didn’t get my package.

They were simply keep on calling me from November 26 onwards. I’m fed up hearing this call now.

Terrible customer service of both trendyol and imilie. They don’t have an option for a direct chat. Or I can’t even call both customer service.

Very bad experience in purchasing from trendyol and worst customer service ever.

I ordered some clothes some clothes last year, unfortunately the delivery person only contacted me once and I wasn't home, even though they are supposed to attempt to deliver twice before returning, my products were returned. I contacted the support for a refund, they said they will, but I never received it to my bank account, they said I need to ask my bank here, but the bank said I should follow up from the sender..I will never order again

The products by this brand are beyond bad in quality. I bought a pair of pumps. The sole is like a very cheap plastic layer glued very badly and totally irregular with bumps. I was surprise how bad the quality of the product was.

I ordered 13 items. 2 of the items were completely wrong, not what I ordered and paid for (2 lamps). 4 items never arrived. A robot vacuum cleaner, a wardrobe, mosaik tiles and an electric stove. I called the support after I got an e-mail that my items will be returned, but the woman in support told me that they were still on tje way and I should wait, a complete lie. My things never came, money were paid back though. Mighty disappointed!
