Horrible company

Horrible company! They sent the wrong bag to me and when I notified them they were very accommodating. They said they would send the correct bag, along with a return label for the incorrect order. After waiting about a month I asked to just cancel the order. Then they said it had already been shipped. When I finally received the bag (about another month) I tried to contact them but they have totally ghosted me. The bag was packaged poorly and was damaged.
Update: I sent pictures of the damaged bag but they are denying the damage.
Update after reviewing their response:
1. We’ll have to agree to disagree on the damage. There was definitely damage
2. I don’t want either bag. I do want them to arrange return shipping as promised instead of just sending the return address. Otherwise I will be donating both unused bags to our homeless shelter.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. The customer initially ordered a bag without a logo, but due to an error on our end, we sent the wrong bag with a logo. Upon notification, we immediately agreed to send the correct bag. The replacement was prepared and shipped within our processing time of 5 to 7 days, and we even expedited the shipment using express delivery (7 business days) to compensate for the inconvenience and avoid further delays.

Before the replacement bag arrived, the customer requested to cancel the order. Unfortunately, we could not process the cancellation as the replacement bag had already been shipped. This understandably frustrated the customer.

We requested proof of the alleged damages, the customer provided pictures which does not show any visible damage to the bag itself. After reviewing the provided images, there were no signs of defects on the actual product. We also provided our return warehouse address for the customer to return the bag as part of the resolution process, but they have shown no interest in doing so. Instead, they are requesting a full refund while keeping both bags, which is not in line with our return and refund policy.

We are always open to resolving issues fairly, but this situation is being complicated by the customer's refusal to follow through with the return process. We value transparency and work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied within the bounds of our policies.

I purchased The Row Margaux Bag Dupe…

I purchased The Row Margaux Bag Dupe after seeing some adverts on social media, and 5 star reviews about the quality, reviews of which I thought would be genuine. What I received, however, was not a genuine leather bag, but PU version, which smelled very strongly of plastic/chemicals. I immediately emailed the customer service (this company does not have a telephone number, OR address to refer to, which I should have realised was a red flag), and whilst they were quick to respond at first, they also did not accept my claims that the bag was plastic. Instead they claimed that I was dishonestly falsifying information. They also refused to pay the courier costs for the return to one of their warehouses in US (or China, or Morocco). Once I had raised a PayPal claim to make sure I could get my money back, they more or less stopped co-operating altogether claiming that they could not refund me whilst the PayPal claim was under review, which is incorrect (a refund would have cancelled the dispute automatically). It took me countless emails, calls to PayPal, and over two months to get my refund via PayPal. Personally I would not even give a 1 star for this company. Save your money, and stress, and go elsewhere.

In response to the Trendiesty reply - I did not claim that both bags were plastic, only one. The other bag had a running seam, which I offered to keep. I indeed was offered a replacement, but the company refused to pay for the return postage for the PU version, AND I never received any replacement bag either. It all turned very sour once I opened a PayPal claim, but luckily I did, since I would still be waiting for my refund - PayPal's resolution was for my credit in the end, and I received a full refund via them including the postage.

Best to refer to other negative reviews of this company, since I am 100% sure there will be more to come!

The customer initially ordered two bags, and after receiving them, requested to exchange one for another style. We agreed to this and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered for her to keep the delivered bags while sending her a replacement bag free of charge. However, before the replacement could be shipped, the customer opened a PayPal claim, falsely alleging that both bags were fake.

Despite these claims, we provided PayPal with the necessary proof, including leather certification and our communication with the customer. PayPal sided with us, acknowledging the authenticity of our products. We regret that this situation has escalated due to inaccurate accusations.

Our goal is always to ensure our customers are satisfied, and we do our best to resolve any issues fairly.
