Not received!! waiting for it

You get what you pay for. Quality items. Needs more consistency in communication for shipping status.

Item arrived and leather passes the burn test - however it was clearly stored extremely poorly.

The leather is cracking, and the outside it beyond repair. Even with conditioning, this item will not last.

Clear selection was made for the "pretty" leather portion to face outwards, while the inner portion is rough and damaged, and will actually press against a person/skin and should not.

The quality of the product is outstanding and the communication has been extremely open and honest, I highly recommend the company and craftsmanships.

Shipped immediately, showed up quickly, product is exactly as advertised.

I was a bit worried when status was ready to ship for a longer period, combined with some negative feedbacks here. But seller fast replied to my messages and now I have got what I ordered! The order status shows wrong and they get worried customers and bad feedback here. The quality is great! It's worth the waiting to get real quality products. Thanks to this small family business

I know I’m going to love the product but the shipping is the only issue. It says it’s shipped but it has not and it’s been a full week with no new update.

Updated review: After working with customer service, my item shipped and arrived on time. Very nice quality leather, well constructed and will only get better with use and time. Overall, shipping took a while, but I didn’t realize it was shipping from UAE. Did receive a separate bill from UPS for tariffs, but that due to the ridiculous US tariff issues and not the fault of the business. Would definitely purchase from them again!

If you order online in The Green Tanner, even though the website says "free shipping" you will be end up paying around $36 US dollars once you receive the package. It doesn't say there is a custom charge for getting the packet in the US and you have to pay it. And if you don't want to pay and decline it , The Green Tanner will not refund your money plus you will get a mail by UPS charging for the package anyway so save your money and don't buy from this company! they will be make your life difficult by no responding any of the customer service contact email, phone number and any other way. And if you do, they will say that they need to review the issue with the team and never do.

I order a leather harness and I should be free shipping because the website said, but once I got the item, I was getting charge $36 dls. Plus I called and emailed them but I got no respond from them it's been a more than a month and I still getting no respond.

Built a vest for me and it did not fit. Not enough material They would not take it back as return. Working with them over all was a nightmare. I ordered items in September. for an event at the end of October. I was constantly told things will be sent out in a few more days. Then a few days would pass and I would need to contact them again.

Lastly they are based in Dubai. I wish I had know that instead of thinking this was a British company. I only bring it up because of the tariffs. It made everything 50$ more expansive, so no vest, paid an import vat, for item that does not fit, and have had a terrible customer services experience. I'd avoid them.

I had a chance to purchase leather rifle case from The Green Tanners and my purchase has gone satisfactory. The built quality, and material is too good. Even a friend of mine was so impressed that he’s planning to order a leather shotgun case for himself. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you for the excellent service!

My recent purchase of a leather pet crawler went well with this place. The product and pictures were the same as described in the description. The parcel came from overseas which is fine for me since I was looking for cowhide leather, which is rarely available here. Packaging was fully discrete, and secure. The shipping was fine as they use third party shipping which is trackable. The leather quality is super, strong and crafted nicely. I got a chance to purchase leather sleepsack from The Green Tanners. Shortly after placing the order, their customer support reached out to confirm my custom measurements, which I appreciated since I had them ready. Their team also shared the pictures after its manufacturing and upon my approval they shipped to me. The item was in discrete packaging and recieved nicely, the quality is great, looks strong and functional as expected. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased the Butcher Leather Apron from The Green Tanners, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. They use cowhide leather which is thick for full protection. I can really feel the durability as soon as I put it on.

The multiple pockets are super handy, I can keep everything from my knives to my phone within reach. Plus, the adjustable straps make it really easy to get a snug fit. I’ve worn it for hours without any discomfort.
