Kurta is pretty and well made. Not quite the same color in reality.
I ordered an XL size however the salwar sent was an L. So that doesn’t fit. The border on the salwar base is only in the front. Looks cheap, unfinished and drapes badly. The trimmings on the duppatta is cheap and tacky. Will not be using this company again. What you see is definitely not what you get.

Received banarasi sarees today .Packing is good.Sarees are not as shiny as shown in pics but still have some shine in them and I love them since I badly wanted these sarees I don't care much about quality.It took me 23 days to get the items .I had to call customer care several times to get tracking updates.Note : they didn't pick up but always called back .The ladies who attended the calls were sincere and professional and assured that I will get my order.They said they were waiting for 1 saree to arrive and once they get they will ship to usa.Then got my DHL tracking email .Once DHL delivered ( to a different state ) in usa it took 5 days for package to reach my home ( via usps) .The tracking number they provided for USPS didn't work.Improvement is needed in communicating to customers and sending timely updates about package.Once package was delivered got an email confirmation that it is delivered.Overall than the wait time and tracking updates nothing much to complain

I got a little worried about the shipping process from a lot of the other customer reviews, but honestly everything happened as explained. Lost cost for the apparel! It did take about 12 business days for the shipping to be generated (as explained on the website), once shipping was generated 3 business days to get the tracking info updated (as explained by the website). If anything maybe I would've bought a size up, but overall a very straight forward process.

One of the most pathetic services and quality. Do not get lured by their posts and pls do not order. I ordered a white lucknowi Kurta-received it on 3 weeks and when I opened it, it was anything but white- it had black stains all over, the Kurta was wet and extremely murky. When I raised a complaint they said they will make an exception once and if I send it to them at my expense they will send me something back in return! Honestly I have lived in the UD for 20+ years and have ordered lots of stuff but never have I faced such an issue! I understand we take a risk when we buy from these sites but nothing prepared me for the product I received

False advertising on shipping times. They clearly state 12-15 days. But it will NEVER be before 5 wks. Sometimes 6. You can’t get any realtime updates other than a pre printed response explaining how it comes in bulk etc and sorry…. Clothing is based on price. Fabric is cheap so you do get what you pay for.

Unfortunately the item I received looked nothing like the image. The embroidery was different and looked unfinished and missing details, and the inside of the blouse piece was covered in marks and also missing the details. The actual material itself didn't look right either. When I questioned why I I didn't get much of a reason why, the customer service offered either 50% discount or 50% refund. I asked for a full refund which they agreed.

I have ordered 2 items for my 2 daughters accordingly. I have very well planned and placed the order very earlier. They said 10 working days. That was 1st lie it took more than 15 working days and I ordered 15 years old lehenga instead they sent 13 years old lehenga. That was 2nd error. And in the model picture the kid wore the skirt with can can material which didn't come with mine that was 3rd error. Now I said I will return this and send the 15 years old in express delivery for the cost of compensate. They refused. Awful customer services

I have had a bad experience with these people .I have ordered clothes for 125$ . They sent me a wrong order with 2 cheap kurtis probably around 30 dollars . I asked for the refund because I had to wait 50 days to get this order . They are telling me that I have to send their stuff back then only they will send me my correct order or refund. First of all they did the mistake and they are not trying to help me . The support is really bad I feel like I have lost my 125 dollars . Please be careful when you are ordering . Amazon is such a good online stone they always refund if they did a mistake . This online store does not have a dignity

Pathetic service and took 40 days to deliver my order after so many phone calls. Will never buy anything from trendia again. No one bother to update the customer about the delay in order processing. Poor services

Never buy, they took my $$ and never delivered. No response on several attempts, giving up!

I wanted to purchase a black silk dupatta. On the trendia website I did a search for 'dupatta' and then filtered for colour (black) and fabric (silk). The dupatta I just received is made of... some sort of stiff fabric that looks like it should be used to make a ballet tutu. I'm going to guess rayon? There is no fabric tag and the package I received doesn't have a packing slip with information about the contents, so there's no way to know. There was also another problem - when I made the purchase I got a confirmation email and the transaction went through on my account, but after 4 weeks I hadn't gotten anything. That being said, I wrote to the company at that point and they sorted it out quickly, which is why this review is 2 stars and not just 1.

I would give them negative is there was a way. They are frauds and scammers. I made a payment and never received even 1 item out of the 20+ items I ordered. I get some weird stories each time. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this website. They take the money and do not send the goods. Then they come up with company policies and procedures on why they can't return your money! STAY AWAY FROM TRENDIA!!!

I ordered from them in nov of 2023. Charge showed in my account. I received an email from them thanking me for my order as well as countless advertisements from the company after. I never received an order number or shipling notificatuon. Now, at almost christmas, i contact them by replying to the thank you email they sent me for said order. They say they cant fjmd an order for this email and want me to give them order details that i eas not given. I expressed this many times in correspondence with customer service. I get tert answers that they cant find it if i dont send them details. The knly detail i have is the screenshot of the charge leaving my account and there email asking me if i am excited for my order. They will not refund me.

Pathetic customer service. The first product was supposed to be delivered in 12-15 days. Been more than 2 weeks already and now they asked me to wait for 24 hours, it’s been more than 36 hours the item is not shipped not even dispatched.
They keep apologising but never help not even provide faster shipping. It’s been 20 days already and the item is still not dispatched and I have a wedding this week. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They have no return policy, no exchange policy, failed to ship in time, no faster shipping policy. They only loot people and charge for product way higher than the actual cost! The second product that they shipped in time still not arrived already more than 15 days. I totally regret wasting my money! Be careful.

Have been so disappointed with them. The quality of the clothing is very poor. The stitching is poor. One of my kurtas neck part was stitched so small you can't even put your neck in. Another kurta set I ordered a size medium and the pants they sent large. This has happened in the past also. They send me a different size for the kurta and pants. They really need to pay attention to their vendors and the quality they are providing to their customers. It's not acceptable service.

I ordered dresses for Diwali and despite what their website says the items haven't arrived. There has been no response to my query either about items and if I can cancel the order.

I order a dress and earring 0n September 11th and till date i have not received it (Nov 17th). When last week I asked customer service if I can cancel as it is 2 months now she said oh now it is shipped with no ETA when I will get it. It was for Diwali and now I am not sure what to do with the dress.

This is bull. I haven't received any updates on my order. My event is coming up and it's been weeks!! I am so disappointed and they should be shut down!

I strongly advise against ordering from this place. I returned my order due to the incorrect size around two months ago, and despite assurances from customer service agents, there have been no updates on my order or refund status, making the experience extremely frustrating. Save yourself time and money by avoiding purchases from Trendia.
