Booked my daughter who has autism and adhd in for hair, nails and make up. They made her feel really calm and did an amazing job with her nails and make up and worked a miracle on her hair which is extremely curly and very long.

Absolutely fantastic service start to finish ❤️

In theory Treatwell lets you reschedule an appointment. In practice that right is worthless: if the salon releases no online slots, the platform shows you no alternatives, and you're stuck.

I tried to reschedule and couldn't, because the salon had zero appointments available through Treatwell. So I asked to cancel instead — and was told the free cancellation window had passed and that I should "sort it out directly with the salon." Treatwell took the payment, but takes no responsibility for the fact that the reschedule option they promise is impossible to use.

When I pushed back on this obvious contradiction, I got the same copy-paste reply twice, and then the agent simply ended the chat without offering any solution. No escalation, no refund, no alternative — just shifting the problem onto the salon and walking away.

If a booking can't be moved through your platform and can't be cancelled, customers shouldn't be penalised for a gap that's entirely on your side. Disappointing and not worth the hassle.

Caroline is superb in her area of expertise (nails) and all the staff at Beautique are friendly and cheerful. I have been having treatments with Caroline for about 30 years so not only do I consider her as an expert in her field but also a friend and I can't imagine not seeing her every two weeks. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Elena is absolutely wonderful! She combines professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for her clients. She takes the time to answer every question and ensures you get the best possible result. Her artistic skills and attention to detail are outstanding. My spray tan looked beautiful, natural, and lasted for over two weeks! I am beyond impressed with both the service and the results.
