Fantastic highlights - a different colour to my usual choice but I am so pleased with the result.

Booked my daughter who has autism and adhd in for hair, nails and make up. They made her feel really calm and did an amazing job with her nails and make up and worked a miracle on her hair which is extremely curly and very long.

In theory Treatwell lets you reschedule an appointment. In practice that right is worthless: if the salon releases no online slots, the platform shows you no alternatives, and you're stuck.

I tried to reschedule and couldn't, because the salon had zero appointments available through Treatwell. So I asked to cancel instead — and was told the free cancellation window had passed and that I should "sort it out directly with the salon." Treatwell took the payment, but takes no responsibility for the fact that the reschedule option they promise is impossible to use.

When I pushed back on this obvious contradiction, I got the same copy-paste reply twice, and then the agent simply ended the chat without offering any solution. No escalation, no refund, no alternative — just shifting the problem onto the salon and walking away.

If a booking can't be moved through your platform and can't be cancelled, customers shouldn't be penalised for a gap that's entirely on your side. Disappointing and not worth the hassle.

Caroline is superb in her area of expertise (nails) and all the staff at Beautique are friendly and cheerful. I have been having treatments with Caroline for about 30 years so not only do I consider her as an expert in her field but also a friend and I can't imagine not seeing her every two weeks. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Elena is absolutely wonderful! She combines professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for her clients. She takes the time to answer every question and ensures you get the best possible result. Her artistic skills and attention to detail are outstanding. My spray tan looked beautiful, natural, and lasted for over two weeks! I am beyond impressed with both the service and the results. I highly recommend Elena and can’t wait to visit her again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been seeing Natti and the team at Fine Line studios for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. What I like most is that Natti is honest. If she thinks you don't need a treatment yet, she'll tell you, which makes it much easier to trust her recommendations when she does suggest something.

She really knows her stuff and takes the time to explain everything properly. The studio is always spotless, welcoming and you can tell they're constantly investing in new equipment and treatments. I always leave feeling looked after and never like I've been sold something I don't need.

I have used Nurse Natti and Selina for my needs and both are just EXCEPTIONAL. Selina is always honest and recommends the right type of treatment I need. Both girls complement each other and their professionalism and approach to beauty is second to none :) very happy with the services I've been receiving.

Awful customer service when something goes wrong. Unresolved issue relating to voucher processing on app. Will be avoiding in future.

Awful app!! I can only assume the good reviews are for the venues and not the app! I have a booking for an appointment next week. I got a text but then looked at the app and it wasn’t showing. The link in the text takes me to the app, but again no booking visible. I tried the ‘import my bookings’ option. I sends you a link to the app, you open the app, nothing imported. I clicked on it again and I was in a doom loop, it does nothing! Still no booking! I used the help, stupid AI bot couldn’t find my booking either. Eventually I have managed to text the number on the venue. I then find out that because my booking was booked via the salon it doesn’t show in the app! How idiotic is that? So you get a text with a useless link to ‘Manage your booking’ but you literally can’t! How is this progress?! I will not be bothering to use this again, it’s certainly not easier than booking directly.
