Wouldn't recommend, had to leave 1 star unfortunately there's no a 0! Item not arrived. Ordered in November. Poor company. Customer service non existant! Id like my money back! You can keep the items.
Avoid!!

Awful company do not use school leavers tops delivered to school apart from 13. They have now left and still no tops. Phoned and they are not bothered just keep saying you will get them when they arrive. Not even an apology. Who ever answers the phone needs to learn how to speak to people horrible horrible people!!!!

Whole school order, sent in plenty of time. Promised delivery date was 8 weeks ago. Still no hoodies. We are here fielding lots of parental complaints. Company doesn't care. Won't even acknowledge our emails now as we are quite rightly asking for a refund

wish i had read the reviews before i ordered! the stuff isnt cheap..I ordered a back pack and a t shirt for my grandaughter 3 weeks before her birthday ! which was june 21 ..july 27 recieved backpack ..yay at least i got it even though it took7 weeks ! still waiting for t shirt ..left lots of messages ..some replied too...its been sent back apparently without even trying to deliver..its such a nitemare ...who knows if i will ever recieve it . worst thing of all is a very dissapointed 9 yr old...will never use again and im out of pocket

Ordered a t shirt for my step daughters birthday - months later still waiting - no delivery - tried to contact them several times - no response. Extremely disappointed. Her birthday is today- still no t shirt and then a short email with zero apology saying I should have received my order - well i haven't!!! Emailed again asking for a refund, no reply yet. Such a negative experience

Ordered 2 tops and some leggings for my daughter, the leggings ordered were suppose to be a size 14, when measured they were a uk size 6, I've tried to contact the company on 4 separate occasions and still not had a reply. Extremely disappointed as this surely goes against everything they claim to stand for. Would never order from them again

Been waiting sunce 13th May and still not arrived. We understand that covid 19 has an impact but my little girl is so upset now July the3rd still not here 😪

I recently brought the new cropped hoody, it’s really poor quality for almost £40, like a cheap knockoff. Really disappointed as the last hoody I brought of theirs was great quality.

My daughter wanted a hoodie, which I ordered for her birthday. It was well packaged and was delivered quickly. Lovely quality!
