It have now been 12 weeks since I ordered a hoodie haven’t heard anything from the customer service except that they were having “issues” with production which is starting to feel like a bunch of BS so give us our orders or give us our money back😡

I’ve ordered over 800 dollars worth of items and I have had 0 customer service!! Not even a tracking number! Where is my order!? Either give me my order or give me a refund

Contact and shipment. I emailed them numerous times with no response. Absolutely horrible service or should I say no service. DO NOT PURCHASE

I purchased a TS release shirt( CJ X FOX JACKBOYS @ PACK B# X! a couple of weeks ago for my grandson and paid almost 200.00 dollars for it.
The shirt was labeled a large and it looks like a small and doe not fit , If they are going to charge such outrageous prices because it has Travis Scotts name on it I would expect it to be the right size and good quality.

Ordered almost 10 weeks ago with no delivery or update. Customer Service is a joke and I paid over $160....

Just read someone has had an order placed through Cactus Jack, same thing happened to me today. Contacted them and got same response that once order placed etc etc. my payment went through Shop App. Trying to get help from them was almost impossible. I’ve deleted my card with Shop and won’t use them again. Been in touch with bank and so far no money has been taken.
Would strongly recommend people dont use Shop!

Title: Refuses to Help When Fraud Happens — Beware

I received an order confirmation from the official Travis Scott / Cactus Jack store for an order I never placed, shipped to a person I do not know, in a country where I do not live. Someone used my personal email address without my consent.

I immediately contacted their customer service, explained the situation, and asked them to cancel the unauthorized order and confirm that my payment info wasn’t misused. Their response? They refused to help. They claimed that “production has begun” and “all sales are final” — ignoring the fact that this was not a legitimate order from me.

A “no refund” policy does not apply to fraud — yet they have shown zero interest in protecting innocent people or investigating possible misuse of personal data.

If you care about your personal information or credit card security, think twice before buying anything from the Travis Scott store. They take your money — but they won’t lift a finger when something goes wrong.

Unacceptable business practice and terrible customer support.

I have never ordered anything from Travis Scott, yet they have been taking orders using my bank card which I have never authorized. They have no phone number to contact and they have failed to reply to any messages left through their online shop. It’s disgusting!!!!

Do not buy from any of his stores!!! Orders take 10 to 16 weeks to ship, if they ship at all, and you cannot cancel an order. There is no notice of how long it will take them to ship the product until after you pay.

I ordered on Dec 21, 3024. As of this date May 3rd I have not received my merchandise. They did charge my account as soon as I ordered. Have been in constant contact with the company and all they say is they do not issue refunds. This constitutes a scam and fraud according to the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully they will investigate. The point is, the company should issue refunds as they did not send the merchandise. This is a point that they do not understand.

I bought the Travis Scott Argentina jersey a while back and it still hasn't came and on the website it told me that it's already been delivered although I have received nothing. All i asked for was a refund although they blamed it on the ups side and vise versa.

Been waiting on my order for 5 months now. I tried asking them for a refund they refused. I’m thinking maybe my bank can dispute it. This is horrible never ordering from them again

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered pants for son that were 172.00 and have yet to receive anything. They have run me in circles telling me they were sorry and created a new order number and telling me they have had a hard time getting the materials to fulfill orders. Awful business!

I see a lot of bad reviews of no one getting their order or bad customer service. I agree and disagree. The service was terrible like they did not answer any of my mails. However the order was shipped after 8 weeks what was the deal. If people don’t know how to read…..

I ordered 2 pairs of the Nike Zoom Field Jaxx. They didn't arrive and i got 2 utopia sweaters. I paid 320,- euros... Don't buy here. Cheap qualitiy and poor costumer service. Travis is goat btw.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased the cactus jack sweatshirt for almost $90 then spent another $20 on shipping. First had issue with payment and they never responded to my repeated requests about whether the purchase was truly processed. Was very surprised when it arrive. However, the sizing was enormous and am trying to return the item and purchase in a smaller size. There has been NO response from "customer service." Tried multiple times but they do not respond. Would love for someone from their organization to reach out. Please take responsibility for your work!

I ordered a limited edition vinyl lp of "Days before Rodeo"
When it arrived the LP had cut through both the inner and outer sleeve, I reported this to Cactus Jack Store, with several pictures on the damages, but in every answer from them i basically got one and same response, "
"All packaging/vinyl sleeves are protected against damage. We cannot replace or repair damaged packing"
I wrote to them several times, but same they gave answer over and over again, just beeing complete dicks about it

Ordered end of September with 4-6 weeks shipping and received December, and they only shipped the item AFTER I emailed them asking where it was which was 8 weeks from the purchase. I received the item 6 weeks late and I am extremely disappointed, the quality feels cheap, customer service is awful, I would never buy from here again. This was an awful experience, they have ignored my emails but they were able to reply to my bank.
