We have spent three nights in Marrakech…
We have spent three nights in Marrakech 23-26 th March 2026. Our experience with Travel Tycoons was excellent.Special thanks to Alex Williams who took care of it all . Well organised, prompt communication. The hotel was good. Taxi services ,excursions,Desert safari , quad biking , camel ride . The only thing we didn't knew was we had to pay £40 city tax in the hotel on arrival. Please do not buy anything from the duty free at the airport absolute rip off .

Our itinerary included Luxor, Hurghada, and Cairo, and everything was planned perfectly from start to finish. Exploring the incredible history in Luxor, enjoying the beautiful Red Sea in Hurghada, and visiting the iconic landmarks in Cairo made this trip truly unforgettable.
Sam was very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the planning process. All the arrangements—including transportation, accommodations, and guided tours—were handled smoothly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of the trip.
We also felt that the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service and experiences provided. The entire package was definitely worth it.

I just returned from an amazing tour of Morocco! I booked through Travel Tycoons & they were extremely helpful in arranging my tour. Mr. Max Turner is very helpful though out the process. From airport transfer to hotel Max is very helpful. The whole tour was excellent and eager to go again.
By the end of the trip, Max even checked that I reached home safely. Such a lovely person.

Terrible experience with travel tycoons…
Terrible experience with travel tycoons on our Egypt tour. Not only did they fail to deliver paid services, but their customer support was dishonest and unprofessional.
They verbally assured us of a refund, pushed for a booking on the spot, and later denied everything. No emails or confirmations were provided despite requests.
On the trip we had been waiting in the lobby for guide for 2 hours and then came to know that our tour for the day has been cancelled which we had booked 3 months before. Travel tycoon team was clueless about the cancellation. On other day one of the staff member was convincing us to wait for the tour guide on the street with our 7 year old son in the morning 5.30am in the cold rather informing tour guide to pick us from our hotel lobby. Cherry on the cake was initially they have mentioned that guide is going to pick us from the lobby . After hours of discussion (wasting our time while on the tour) finally the tour guide himself got ready for the same.
Response from Jordan was moving in circles. They've refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their behavior has been unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. [1/5 stars]
