So Far, So Bad......
I bought a sim card to use on my upcoming USA trip. On trying to test it all I got was "Sim Inoperative" on my phone. On (eventually) contacting their helpline I was told their systems are down, nothing is working, nobody can use their phones, they don't know when it will be "up" ..... and they will text me on my spare mobile when it is all working ....... 3 days and waiting so far (18/8/12)
If it starts to work,and is satisfactory, I'll put a new review up when I return from my trip.
