Refund is a pain and the ass, and too expensive
I booked a flight like 2 months in advance through their site, I had a transit on the way to my final destination... after 2-4 weeks the travel from my transit to the final destination was cancelled with no reason given. and it was a pain in the ass getting a refund from them. I had to call them several times.. email.. and be a constant pain before I finally got some refund back... and the worst of all the charged me almost 20% of the ticket price to give me a refund for a cancellation I had no control over.

I paid for bagages
I paid for bagages, but when I went to the airport I realized that there was not any bagage booked.
I claimed and I asked my money back, but I have never received them. Of course I have sent all the documents concerning my payment, but... They are cheaters.
