Tried to book Copenhagen to Heathrow. Travelis pretented that we got the right ticket but suddenly we could see the destination was Gatwick!

Biggest Scam Ever!

Do not use this service! they will scam you and their customer service is absolutely useless. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

My colleague's flight was canceled very last minute, so we had to rebook them on a different flight.
Travelis asked for a service fee of 80euro per person(!!!!) to give a refund - which was more than the ticket price!
Beyond greedy and horrible service! Stay far far away.

Scam! Pure and simple

I booked returned tickets to Jordan via Istanbul and at my fligt back they demanded money for 'changing/cancelled' connection between Amman - Istanbul. Shame on you!!!

Such a terrible airline. I bought my ticket yesterday evening. This morning I receive a phonecall saying "due to technical issues we can not issue your ticket". What is the technical issue? They cant answer. They want to sell the tickets at a higher price. That is the issue. Such a fraudulent company!!

I have never experienced a worse system than this. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
I made booking for 3 tickets and all was fine at first, but then I get an email at 3 am that my reservation has been cancelled.
Fine, I order new tickets from a different website, as I didn’t want to order from here again. Then I can see that they have charged me.
I contact them asap, and I am told that apparently I had made 2 reservations (I did not in fact), and they had cancelled one of the two reservations. I NEVER received 2 confirmations, so how they could cancel a reservation I never got a confirmation from is VERY weird for me.
Don’t buy your tickets from here, save your money and buy them elsewhere.
Now I have two sets of tickets and they won’t answer the email I have sent them.
Horrible website.

Found out the day before my departure that both my tickets had been cancelled 1 month prior. By myself???
And this cancellation was not been confirmed by email either. I wonder if the tickets ever existed in the first place

This is not a trustworthy company!

After the payment I have not received any ticket confirmation or anything like that. I tried to cancel my booking and got an email in response that the process will take up to a week. In the meantime money were charged from my card.

Tried to called them and there is no way to talk to a real person. Only a robot sending me back to their homepage.

Will report them to the Police.

I used Skyscanner to book the flight, my heart drop to my pants after reading the reviews AFTER ordering 3000dkk worth of tickets.

I felt that I'd just thrown the money into the garbage, I canceled my credit card ASAP but it was too late.

I called their customer service in Sweden at +468168800 and complained about not getting any email confirmation or ticket to my mailbox. The lady sent me the ticket and a confirmation number which I could see on the airline website and even choose food.

The flight is in a month and I am crossing my fingers nothing will go wrong. I called the airline company at the CPH airport they saw my ticket in the system and it looks legit. I will keep this revirw up to date if somethong happens.

Turkish Airlines canceled our flight - which I have to pay DKK 595 per person for. I have purchased an item that they can no longer deliver. How can that ever be the customer's problem?!?!

If the flight gets canceled, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN.
You will NOT be able to make use of your traveler's rights. They will not refund your flight ticket (as it should be, by law) and only rebook it on a later date for an expensive fee.
STAY AWAY!!!

No. Just no. Unhelpful. They kept telling me to talk to someone in the airport when I'd already done that and the airport people sent me back to the travel agency. You basically don't know who to talk to when the travel agency should help you the most since you paid for that insurance. They won't refund anything. Worst decision ever and if I don't see this name again, it would be too soon.

BE AWARE! NEVER BOOK WITH TRAVELIS AGAIN!!!
Today, I receive a notification from Turkish Airline that my flight has been changed which means that I have to wait for more than 12 hours in Istanbul where the Turkish Airline's indicated that we'll going to get a free hotel accom in Istanbul, which in our (together with another passenger) view is fine.

Then I contacted Travelis to reserve a seat. I gave my booking number and he was surprised to learn first hand that my flight was canceled. Then I began to explain the information I received from the airline. He insist to get a NEW reservation. I said fine without knowing that he will eventually ask for a fee for two passengers amounting to DKK399!!! I explain that it wasn't my fault nor my decision to change my flight schedule, it was the airline, so why should I pay???! He left me a choice to either pay DKK399 for the new reservation or pay DKK5000 to cancel the reservation!
I explicitly told him that he practically not giving me a choice, it was a hostage!
So, in the end, I PAID UP DKK399 just to close this drama and never reserve a seat which cost DKK450/seat anyway!

This is my first time that I encounter such a ridiculous extortionate fee from a travel agency for a change of flight schedule which is not my fault nor my decision.

I will always remember TRAVELIS or its affiliate to NEVER, EVER BOOK to this unscrupulous travel agency!

This is for others to be aware of this, as it might happen to your booking reservation with this travel agency and you'll know what comes to you.

They are gangsters.
Only get back 30% of the refundable taxes.
Plus they charge 700 DKK for this service on that.
For a flight that was 1000 DKK in total.

Never again with them.

The booking experience was totally fine. If you haven't filled out properly it tells you to go back to the areas marked red. The only problem was that it didn't accept foreign visa cards so i had to get someone else's card to pay.

I paid same prize that was as in momondo.dk.

I made a search on Momondo for a fare with included inchecked and handluggage included in the fare. Travelis came out showing symbols for 1 piece inchecked luggage and 1 handluggage included. I then bought my ticket with luggage which was shown on the first presentation of price and travel info: "Info 1 pieces luggage 23 kilo + 7 kilo handluggage included in the price in this ticket". (In Danish)
Later in the airport I found out that luggage was not included. Thats fraud!

I have already written one review, but need to add this: The ticket I bought said econony, which means that I was allowed to bring 23 kg of luggage. However, upon check in I was told that my ticket was only an economy light ticket and I was only allowed to bring a small carry on suitcase (8 kg). I had to pay 160 Euro for my luggage in addition to the price I had already paid for the ticket.
