There are times you get what you pay for and times where you realise you've been scammed. Buying from Transit was sadly the latter. The QC is literally worse than H&M clothing I've seen. I was shocked.
The leather around my jacket is not cut straight anywhere, the buttons are sewed badly, the joins everywhere are horrific and look like they're sewn badly either as a joke or by an 8 year old. There are more loose threads than a cat scratching pole, it's genuinely amazing.
I actually can't believe that anyone would ever buy from this designer twice. Their designs can trick you the first time but surely no one is clueless enough to spend this kind of money for such bad quality a second time.
My husband bought a pair of pants for 300 EUR when being on vacation in Italy last year. After few times of wearing fiberted the sewing so strong that the pants cannot be worn outside. This year we returned to Italy and visited the store we bought the pants. The only comments we got were that we probably washed the pants wrong and that we should have come earlier with our problem. And no one was interested to learn why this kind of innovative fabric became unwearable so soon. On our request the store had contacted the customer service of transit and the answer ( got it within an hour) was the same - we as a customer did everything wrong. Our conclusion- even if not contacted store earlier are we still the customers who spent money and just wanted to have beautiful looking pants wearable for some time.
