Merchant using TransFi scammed me

Merchant using TransFi scammed me - Did not receive my Toncoin (TON)

I used TransFi to pay for Toncoin (TON) on 10 May 2026. My transaction was successful, and I received an official confirmation email from TransFi on 11 May 2026.However, the merchant/seller using your payment gateway has scammed me. Until now, I have not received the Toncoin (TON) that I paid for. The seller has completely ignored me after receiving the money.I request the TransFi compliance and fraud team to investigate the merchant account tied to this transaction and freeze their funds immediately to prevent more victims. I can provide the payment reference and transaction details upon request.

Good and empressive but there is one thing is missing we have not change our payment method jazcash to easy paisa or vise versa. Provide this facilty also .so we can change our wallet easy paisa or jazz cash according to our need.
