Beware of this transfer company

I Booked Transfers B.V On the 7/04/26 with the Holiday Extras App, booking ref KNZKYD.
They were supposed to pick me up at the melia calvia beach hotel at 11:15 so I got to the pick up point 15 minutes early, I waited till 12:15 and they didn't bother coming.
They told me they would be in touch 24 hours before my pick up time, they never, I had to get in touch with them myself, they didn't even email reception, and we had to arrange alternative transportation, incurring additional costs and more stress,
I submitted a formal complaint afterward and never received any response.
I would not recommend booking airport transfers with this company, especially if you have young children there a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with an airport transfer booked through Booking.com.
We arranged a transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport to our hotel for four passengers and provided all necessary details in advance, including our flight number to ensure proper coordination. Upon arrival, our driver contacted me via WhatsApp, and I kept him continuously informed about delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (remote aircraft parking and long baggage wait times).

Despite this ongoing communication, when we arrived at the meeting point just slightly over one hour after landing—only four minutes past the official waiting time—the driver had already left. He did not answer my call and later simply stated via WhatsApp that his waiting time had expired.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Leaving customers stranded after only a four-minute delay, especially when you are fully aware of the situation, shows a complete lack of customer service and flexibility.

As a result, we had to arrange alternative transportation at short notice, incurring additional costs and unnecessary stress after a long journey.

To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint afterward and never received any response.

I would not recommend booking airport transfers through this platform based on this experience.

Driver four hours late

Sadly I can't give them a zero. Prepaid for a pickup that never happened. I complained and my complaint was rejected as they showed evidence of the driver turning up four hours after my flight landed.

San Juan Airport Pickup with Joel

Joel pick us up at San Juan Airport. He had a sign and we saw him the minute we came off th escalator. He was efficient and we got our luggage and he parked very close to the exit door. Off we went and to our BnB within 15 min we were there. He knew the place and said don’t worry I will not leave until you are in your place safely! He helped trying to open the 3 lock boxes then we had to call the agent in charge that should have left more details that I had asked for earlier that were incorrect. Joel call from his phone and talked to the manager and found the correct unit and got us in safely! He wasn’t waiting for a tip but I said not so fast and gave him more than usual because he was more than a usual driver! He said to call him with any questions if needed before he left. Great customer service and very kind.

Diabolical

I wish I could give this company zero starts, absolutely awful, pre paid lifts to and from airport in Singapore and did not turn up any time, when I rang they advised get a taxi - avoid at all costs !!!

Didn't turn up!

They never turned up and then said they did but I wasn't there! I had to get Paypal onto them to get my money back. Otherwise they weren't going to give me a refund! Not impressed. Never again.

Thai taxi transfer service Excellent

I used the Thai taxi transfer service provided by Booking.com from BKK Airport to BKK hotel.

It was excellent and driver very friendly.
I had to change my arrival time and the driver was there at the new time and the process was smooth.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service. The providers don’t turn up as booked and transfers.com ignores you once you’ve paid offering no customer service other than AI when you are stranded in a remote location.

Noshow & fabrication of evidence to deny refund

Booked airport pickup for 7 Dec 2025, 10:45 AM. Arrived a day early, informed them via WhatsApp of pick-up location change (4km away)—denied. Waited at airport from 10:00-10:46 AM—no driver showed.
They claimed driver left because "over 2 hours after flight arrival," ignoring my notification of a different flight and the fixed pickup time. No contact attempt.
Cost me 260 THB extra taxis and a ruined morning.
Today, they sent a fake WhatsApp screenshot claiming they messaged me at 10:08 (I never received it) to deny refund and blame me.
Fabricating evidence to cover incompetence—unacceptable. Avoid Transferz. 0/5 stars.

Not to be relied on

I booked a return minibus between DXB and our hotel through Holidayextras. Arriving in Dubai there was no sign of the transferz representative who was supposed to meet us in Arrivals. In the end, another taxi driver offered to help and he found the rep outside the airport. The rep didn’t seem to know where the minibus was, and we had a 25 minute wait before it came. The minibus driver threw our suitcases inside and then drove us at speed over all the speed bumps on the Palm. Then, on the return journey, a different driver arrived 40 minutes early, when we were still eating, and told us that he would be leaving in ten minutes to get to the airport for his next pickup. Surprise, surprise, we will not be using transferz.com again.

Don't use transferz.com

I booked a ride on this service through booking.com. The airline changed my flight and I needed to be picked up 30 minutes earlier. They could not accommodate this slight change. In effect, I paid $110 for nothing. They were also extremely rude.
