Jayride is a scam

To all travellers, travel agents and brokers don’t use this platform for booking airport transfers. They owe us since October 2025. They took the booking and payment from travellers, and after completion of transfers, they didn’t pay. Every day chasing for payment, and the transport manager always comes up with excuses. Use other platforms available. Jayride is a scam.

I booked return airport transfers from…

I booked return airport transfers from Bali International Airport giving plenty of notice. Early March Jayride cancelled these bookings and told me a refund would be in my account within 5 working days. This has not happened. I have sent 4 emails, made 5 phone calls and 1 online enquiry. Not one person has bothered to get back to me. From this experience I would not recommend this companhy.

Jayride is a scam company masquerading as an Inc. To mitigate undue influence from governmental entities, it is essential to recognize that the flying public possesses some awareness and discernment. Shareholders frequently prioritize profit over ethical considerations, and Jayride has engaged in questionable practices that can be characterized as "robbing Peter to pay Paul." As the adage suggests, unethical practices tend to have lasting repercussions.

Jayride has developed its business model through strategic partnerships with several major booking agencies globally. Customers who book flights are often encouraged to reserve an airport transfer at an attractive rate. Once a customer elects this service, their reservation is transferred to what may be referred to as "Jayride Scam Inc." Subsequently, Jayride utilizes its extensive network to incentivize local and legitimate taxi and private hire services to join their platform. Many small, financially struggling local car service companies are compelled to partner with larger companies like Jayride, frequently at unfavorable terms. The contracts stipulate that these local providers will not receive payment until 6 weeks after trip completion. During this interim, these companies continue to deliver services while accruing substantial unpaid earnings. By the time they recognize the financial discrepancies, it is not uncommon for Jayride to owe them thousands of dollars, and payment becomes increasingly unlikely.

Efforts to resolve these financial discrepancies often leave affected companies frustrated. Communication is typically redirected to a call center located in the Philippines, where representatives may be inadequately equipped to provide the necessary assistance. Consequently, many companies find themselves disillusioned and ultimately abandon their pursuit of payment recovery. Jayride’s business practices raise significant ethical concerns, as it has been reported that they may collaborate with other companies in the same region to perpetuate these practices, thereby calling into question their operational integrity. The individual identified as the "destination manager" may also be involved in these deceptive activities. Over time, struggling companies may opt to discontinue their passenger transport services, potentially leaving customers without prior notification and being reassigned to alternative providers.

For individuals arriving in Atlanta, Georgia, caution is advised when considering services from these ostensibly multi-million dollar corporations. There are indications that such entities may operate without accountability. Thus, it is prudent to approach Jayride with skepticism and remain vigilant regarding the potential challenges associated with utilizing their services.

Currently, our company owes thousands of dollars. We are considering launching legal proceedings in Australia to recover this debt. Additionally, we harbor concerns that the debtor may pursue bankruptcy or seek financial assistance from another investor to inject capital into their operations, potentially leading to a rebranding effort aimed at generating swift profits. It is imperative that we evaluate our options thoroughly and take decisive action in this matter.

This company is a SCAM that takes…

This company is a SCAM that takes advantage of transportation companies. Please do not book with them as there is a chance that the transfer company will not show. They continue to get away with this because there are lots of transfer companies that they can switch to. Hopefully they run out of companies to swing eventually.
It has been over a year since Jayride has promised to pay us. We have done a lot of work for JayRide in good faith of being paid. We repeateadly receives messages that they are under new management and finalizing the turnover to the new manager and will take care of us soon. Here is the last email we received from them:

"Thank you for your email and for letting us know.
We’re currently finishing up the transition into our new platform and the financial internal audit, after the new Leadership Team took over.
We are not walking away from our obligations but are actively transitioning to ensure long-term stability and growth.
Rest assured, I will let you know as soon as I have received feedback from them.

Thank you once again for understanding."

Here is another response from them:

"We hope this message finds you well.
We want to begin by acknowledging your continued patience and understanding amidst the ongoing delay in payments. We are fully aware that our recent responses may have sounded repetitive, and for that, we sincerely apologize. It is not our intention to provide excuses, but rather to be transparent with the reality we’re currently facing.
As much as we would like to make immediate progress on clearing our outstanding balances, we are also waiting on critical developments and updates to materialize on our end. That said, we want to assure you that we are not walking away from our obligations. Our team and management are doing all they can to stabilize the business and eventually resume payments to all our arrears.
We truly understand your frustration, and we are incredibly grateful for the patience and professionalism you've shown throughout this period.
To provide some clarity on our current situation, here are the most recent updates from our management:
Appointment of a New Chairman of the Board – Bringing in renewed direction and sharper focus for the organization.
Operational Restructuring – Significant cost reductions have been achieved through a leaner organizational setup.
Technology Improvements – New payment systems and automation tools have been implemented to improve efficiency and reduce technical overhead.
Transition to SaaS Model – A major strategic move through our new platform, aimed at long-term sustainability and future scalability.
While we do not yet have a specific timeline for payment resumption, we commit to keeping you informed of any concrete developments as soon as they become available.
Again, thank you for your understanding, and please rest assured that honoring our commitments remains a top priority."

As of today, we are still waiting on our payment as promised from them.

Dear Sir or Madam,

in our view, this transport company is not a serious or reliable business partner.

We have carried out numerous assignments for this company in Munich, Germany, and have not been paid for over a year. Despite repeated follow-ups, our outstanding invoices remain unpaid. The explanation provided is that the company is undergoing restructuring and is therefore currently unable to settle the jobs we have duly completed.

Based on our experience, this company does not act reliably and fails to meet its financial obligations. This may represent a significant risk for you, as well as for regular customers and business partners in the future.

AVOID Jayride – They Take Your Money from Customers but Don't Pay Their Partners (Even After 400+ Days)

I am writing this as a long-term transport partner (supplier) who has provided services through Jayride for many bookings.

Customers: think twice before booking with Jayride. The platform looks slick, the booking process is easy, and drivers often show up fine — but behind the scenes, Jayride has been systematically delaying or outright failing to pay the actual transport companies who do the work.

In our case, we completed services over a year ago (bookings fully delivered, passengers happy), yet Jayride still owes us €9,735.72 — and counting. We've received nothing but endless excuses: "new platform transition", "internal audit", "new leadership team", "management working on keeping us afloat", "we'll raise the concern"… rinse and repeat for over 400 days.
No concrete payment date, no partial payments, just corporate-speak deflections while they continue collecting money from travelers.
This is not an isolated incident — scroll through recent Trustpilot reviews (especially from 2025–2026) and you'll see dozens of similar stories from suppliers worldwide: unpaid for 1–2+ years, promises broken monthly, small businesses left struggling to pay drivers, taxes, and bills because Jayride treats partner funds like an interest-free loan to "stay afloat". Their own annual reports even mention supplier listings dropping due to payment delays.
If you're a traveler: your booking might work, but you're funding a company that isn't paying the people who actually drive you. If you're considering becoming a partner/supplier: run the other way. This is not a reliable business relationship — it's financial quicksand.
Jayride owes real money to real people who delivered real services. Until they fix this (and prove it with actual payments, not emails), I strongly advise everyone — customers and providers alike — to choose literally any other platform for airport transfers.
We’re still waiting in 2026. Don’t let them do the same to you.

SCAM Scam.....
Really they steal me for work of 2 years .
It's platform which search for suppliers worldwide they take fee more than the supplier even they don't move from their office no fuel to pay .no insurance to pay for .no waiting time in Airports during arrival time of customer.
All this and they even pay us for our work .
During 2 years I ask for payment they say not yet enough money even their platform is working .
Each month asking for payment from 2024 and now it's is 2026.

So I tell any supplier to pay attention.or stop working with them .

Bunch of useless ....

you team is uncontactable and the supplier has cancelled the booking due to lack of payment from you and I have paid you, these were vip clients and im not happy

Thank you for your reply ray but the supplier was not paid by you hence they cancelled the transfers on the day of arrival and it cost double to rebook with an alternative. I expect a full refund of both expenses

Avoid

No body to collect us at the airport. We followed instruction to go to a specified travel desk. They had no booking record and said they hadn't worked with Jayride for the past year. The phone numbers we were provided with were taxi drivers, but they said they don't work for Jayride. We then made separate arrangements. When contacted, Jayride said that our return journey was also not available and that they would refund the payments. They never did, so I contacted my credit card provider who managed eventually to force the refund.

No reply to emails

I had booked some transfers with Jayride for my visit to Kuala Lumpur 26-29/10.
The first one didn’t show up and there was no answer from any number provided on the booking confirmation. So I had to sort another taxi at the airport. I then cancelled my return journey with them and received a refund for the cancellation.
I made a complaint via email on 27th requesting a refund for the taxi that didn’t show on 26th and received a reply saying a refund would be made within 7 days. It is now 3/12 and I have not received a refund. I have sent several emails asking for the refund they promised and still await it being completed.i have had no reply to my numerous follow up emails.
