The only time I saw a viable property listed on their site, it was unavailable. This happened every time. When I was told the property was unavailable, I was sent a series of awful new-builds instead. It really gave the impression that they had fake listings on their site to lure in customers.
They also call a lot, which I found invasive.

We are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, we don't always have time to delete outdated ads quickly, as that would require checking the relevance of all 100,000 ads on our website every day.
As for unnecessary calls, we do now realise that we call clients too often when we could have done with Whatsapp messages, for example. Thank you for your feedback. We will think about reducing the number of calls to customers.

We never advertise without seller's or their representatives' agreement, and we always behave responsibly towards any counterparties. If you own a property that you've found on our website and you didn't give us permission to advertise it, please contact us directly.
Helped with finding property in Berlin
Tranio helped my parents when they couldn't find an apartment in Berlin. The managers offered affordable options, warned about the difficulties with renting and supported with the documents.

We regret you got the wrong impression of our company. We assume that one of the objects you selected may not have been available. Unfortunately, it takes time to process requests. We are open for our clients and trying to provide all relevant data as soon as possible. We don’t advertise fake properties.
We have been working since 2010, selling both our own projects and objects that our partners list. We wouldn't function successfully without our partners — now we have more than 700 affiliates around the world.
