Highly recommend Tranio and personally Alexandra Borisova. Alexandra quickly understood our requirements, set up a meeting with company's parthner in France (real estate agency) and Turkey (regarding the bank account opening). Alexandra responded to our questions and needs with prompt and detailed answers. With the help of Tranio we could understand better what is requied from us to reach our target. And I am confident we will come back to Tranio to collaborate in the future once we are ready.

They helped us with the purchase of land and everything went smooth we had no problems, their communication is very good given another chance we would work with them again.

This company has been very helpful and honest from the beginning. I had purchased a house via another agency, which I have been regreful since then. However, with Tranio everything was clear, they were honest and punctual. They guided us all through the process.

Completed buying two units in Greece with Tranio. Process took 2 months start to finish. Best thing is that the agents (Alesia and Maria) laid out the steps and timelines during our first zoom call, and everything happened as they had briefed it. There were no surprises. All ran smoothly.

My experience is very positive. The deed didn’t close yet but my broker is doing her best to close it soon. She is very professional and prompt.

Never regretted applying this agency. I liked everything from the website to service. Really a time saver, they carefully listened to my wishes to the property and sent exactly what I asked for. I had lots of questions and they arranged a call with a local real estate agent, where I was answered everything in detail. We got property, really quick, with no issues. Recommend 100%

I had a fairly positive experience with Tranio. They are really just a broker for European agents however they did source and get back to me when they said they would and they put me in touch with realtors. Can't complain really.

Through contact form I left my details along with query.
Soon someone contacted me on poor English. I was looking for villa in specific region. As citizen in the country of interest it is much easier for me to look for the property. I am doing this for my Canadian friend. My friend send me the screen shot of trion.com realestate add.
The listing on trion.com is fake and does not exist. I have all needed credentials from my friend to find her dream house.
I send the details, the description, as well as a budget to the agent.
The answer was rude and unprofessional.
I would strongly recommend to avoid this on line agency.
Completely waste of time and energy.

be careful!!!!! they seem to be more of a Russian scam than a real estate agency , they wanted to know how much cash I have , even before discussing the house listing ... don't give your informations .

After my previous feedback, I was contacted by Marina from Tranio, who was very proactive and referred me to the agent in Spain. The agent herself is also very professional and answered my questions without any hesitations. I will definitely look forward working with Tranio and the recommended agent in the future!

Like most of people here, I had an awful experience with Tranio! We spoke with Eugenia after sending an inquiry for two properties and advised that have some questions about the process of buying real estate in Spain, being a real estate agent myself I know that each country has its own rules, regulations, taxes especially for intentional buyers…Evgenia asked me to share the questions and the agent will get back to me and my husband the next day at the time specified. We were expecting the call, however, only after I emailed to inquire if someone will be calling - I received another generic email that there are no available listings as per criteria. Then Tranio’s assistant emailed that only once we are ready to buy someone will be in touch, but they do not provide “consultation”…well, how in this case we can be ready to buy anything in the other country if we were not informed about the whole process and what to expect. If you are not planning on getting back to people/ clients, then just do not ask to send questions nor promise that someone will get back to us. Such a waste of time!
Again, I am the agent myself and aware how the legit real estate companies operate, so Tranio is definitely not one of them!

Worst platform ever.
Replied on a specific property and asked multiple questions. Evgeniya replied to me with a generic email asking what propeties and budgets am interested in and which place. Very unprofessional since I replied on a specific one. Then I answer and she tells me she doesn't have any property that matches my search. What a complete joke. Apparently it's all off the market. While they claim to be in contact with local agents and there is hundreds of properties available on the local agents websites. Unprofessional again. Third unprofessional thing is that I never got an answer to any of my general questions. Also, I asked to get the contact details of a manager to at least get my questions answered and she replies "this is how we work. I'll contact you when I have something suitable for you" . I replied saying I asked for the managers contact and she never replied. What a joke. Never ever ever invest your money with them, never seen anyone so rude and unprofessional.

Absolut rubbish organisation, all they send to you is a robotic e.mail & no viewings. Do not bother to use them ZERO out of Ten.

I do not normally post anything negative but had I not done extra due diligence there might have been a probability to be scammed.

I found an interesting investment opportunity on their website but all the information was only available after signing an NDA (strange but sure). So I reached out and heard back after a few days with a list of questions unrelated to the investment opportunity and also they requested to show Proof of Funds. That was my first red flag as legit companies never ask for this document unless the purchase process starts in which only Banks then ask for a POF. I refused to provide it, of course, then a few days later I received a generic email saying "We do not have any opportunities right now."

This was very strange so I asked a friend of a friend to go check out the location of the property and ask around, only to find out that this property is not for sale.

The internet is a great thing, filled with amazing opportunities, just be cautious and do as much due diligence as possible.

Update - thank you for getting back to me on this. Why I wasn't told this? If your staff said you need at least 50% of deposit, I'm happy with the service.

I approach them trying to get more info about the mortgage on a possible property. They called back very quickly. Then I was showered by very robotic questions. When I tried to explain that my budget depends on the mortgage terms, I was told this will be passed onto relevant department, yet I was being questioned about a specific property. After all, I got an email they have NONE deals available for me (even though their website shows lots of properties at any price range).
I would not recommend them to anyone.
