Way too slow delivery
Way too slow delivery! It said 1-2 days delivery. I ordered Februrary 21st and received the package March 5th. I contacted their customersupport after a week and they said the package was almost there... Almost two weeks of delivery to save 5 DKK compared to some of the other danish webshops...

Great service
My husband ordered me these trainers off a different site in a size 5 but they were far too small, after sending them back they all went out of stock, I managed to find a size 6 on traininn, the ordering was quick and easy, the delivery was a little longer than expected but it was Christmas so I can’t really complain, they fit great, there’re comfy, it’s strange the size difference of 1 size as I normally wear a 5? But it’s all good, they fit, they’re comfy and the process was a doddle.

No delivery + No refund
Wanted to give this company a try but the experience has been terrible. I'm in the UK and I ordered a pair of shoes in NOVEMBER. The company put an incomplete version of my address and the package was not able to be delivered on Dec 11th. I tried to show them countless times via the Royal Mail tracking that the parcel was returned and yet they ignored my requests telling me to take it up with Royal Mail. Royal Mail showed me the parcel was sent back to Traininn's logistics team (Spring GDS) and shipped back to Spain yet I've paid for shoes that are not even in the UK.
Advice: Please don't purchase from this site and if you do please do so with a credit card so you have some consumer protection as it's JANUARY(over a month now) and I still haven't gotten reimbursed for my pair of shoes that I ordered.
Very disappointing experience
(A similar experience was posted by Neil on the 21st of November, so be warned!)
-UPDATE-
My shoes were sent back to the warehouse and I was refunded on the 11th of Jan. Grateful to have this purchase refunded but better communication throughout would be appreciated since this doesn't seem to be an isolated case.

Stealing my money?!
I place my order on December 11, almost 3 weeks later and I haven't even received a email confirmation nor a tracking number. The payment passed in my bank account thou, how is it that I get no response from the company whatsoever?! 👎🏼

Bad delivery and over promise.
I have used TradeInn for many purchases and it is always the same experience. First they create an expectation by providing a delivery date. This then changes into a waiting game when they inform you that there is a delay. I blame their communication as it creates an expectation which is never met.

Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Placed order which apparently is on the way to being with royal mail then received multiple emails saying there's a delay. Contacted them to be told the lifters are no longer available. So which is it? As they are apparently not available yet on their way. Fuming as they were supposed to be my son's Christmas present.

if you use a global transport (DHL) you have to pay double return fees
and on top of that after weeks they claim not to receive the return.
