Items exactly as expected, delivered on time
Really easy purchasing process, useful shipping and tracking updates and the items arrived on time and were exactly as I'd expected.
The prices are really competitive and I'd fully recommend using TrainInn to anyone looking to get the gear they want (in my case, trainers) for the right price and with the convenience of delivery.
They also do a full and free returns process, just in case things don't come up quite right when they arrive.

Bought a cap and did not arrive
Bought a cap and did not arrive . I have it 3 weeks after the due date then reached out to train inn. The customer support was poor to say the least . I want me to fill in form for the delivery company which I think is there issue not mine . I then filled in the form and they asked to to do it again. Any questions I had there was an issue . They made me feel like it was my issue . I'll never order from this company ever again . My advice is to stay clear

Log in to your account by entering your email address and password. Go to the My Orders section, select the order, click Request a Return, and select the products you wish to return. Select the reason for the return correctly and print the label.
Step 2: Prepare the Package
Once the label is printed, prepare the package. Be sure to pack the products well to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. Send us the product in the original box (without sticking tape, tape, or stickers on the original box) and with all labels, warranty sheets, manuals, CDs, etc. (if any). Finally, affix the return label to the outer package.
Step 3: Send the Package
Send the package to the address indicated on the return label.
Step 4: Get Your Refund
As soon as the package arrives and is inspected, we will send you an email and, if the product is in perfect condition, we will confirm the refund of the amount paid. Please note that refund processing times may take up to 15 business days.
Remember that if you wish to exchange the product for a different one, you will need to place a new order and pay the shipping costs again.
In the case of a warranty return, we will collect the product at our expense and ship it to the brand. The wait time depends on the brand's processing time. The wrong size got shipped
The wrong size got shipped. Funny enought that the shoes had a lable attached with the size I ordered but the inner/actual label of the shoes had another size. When I wanted to start the return process, I selected the reason "wrong size shipped". To finish that process they wanted me to upload !!!6!!! photos of the shoes. These 6 photos are mandatory. 6 photos to prove the size is wrong!?
