I'm very satisfied with this website. I placed my order on July 13 and received it today (July 30).

I sent 2 emails because my order was stuck on "Order Processing" for about 10 days. Before it arrived today, I was worried because the status never changed. It turns out the package was already on its way, they just didn't update the tracking until around 6-7 days later.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the customer support replies didn't feel very professional. When I asked twice where my phone was because I was concerned about the "Order Processing" status, they gave me simple answers like "this will ship ASAP no worries"

However, I'm still really satisfied because they didn't lie at all—it really did ship ASAP!

I definitely recommend this website, and I won't hesitate to order from them again and again.

Now I just hope this OPPO phone will be good. Maybe I'll change my rating to 1/5 if the phone doesn't work, but so far everything seems fine. Right now it's 4/5. If there are any issues with the phone, I'll contact support again.

Wow, really great customer support, i ordered the oppo find x9 pro 256gb 12gb ram version(680 euros) and they upgraded my order to 512gb 16 gb ram(this version cost about 750 euros), at first i thought they made a mistake but them i contacted them on email and they said i can keep it and the warranty isnt voided, so i was very happy and thankful, eventho there were other alternatives website that offer the same thing from china, they were bit more expensive and and i guess less secure, my phone arrived in like 7 days after they shipped it which is very fast cuz i live in austria and austrian Post is slow especially when ordering things from china, so yea im happy with my phone i dont have any issues 10/10,

And yea also they can repair my phone here in europe if it ever breaks or sum

Looking for a replacement mini tablet, I finally decided on the Xiaomi Redmi K Pad 2 (China version) as it had the right balance of cost versus features. I followed several recommendations and chose TradingShenzhen as my supplier. I was impressed by the site’s clarity and the straightforward process for ordering and payment. Delivery took 8 days (impressive) and the tablet arrived well packed and undamaged. There were no extra costs for delivery to the UK.
The tablet arrived with Google Play Store installed and is everything I wanted it to be. Sure, there are several system apps in Chinese that can’t be removed, but I’ve gathered them into folders and as far as possible turned off updates and notifications for those apps. To all intents and purposes, I now have an English language Android tablet that does everything I want it to. I’m not a gamer so can’t comment on that, but it’s great for streaming on the move.
So, totally hassle free purchase of a great little tablet.

The phone came with a few Chinese apps pre-installed, but they were very easy to remove. The company even has a tutorial on their YouTube channel showing exactly how to do it, so it only took a couple of minutes.

I've seen many people mention that customer support can be slow or difficult to deal with. Personally, I haven't had any problems yet, so I can't judge their support based on my own experience.

The service was perfect: with a very cheap price, I received a perfectly good Xiaomi 17 Pro, and since I am from Italy, they even gave me an adapter for the charger for my region! I absolutely recommend using this website to import from China.

My order arrived very well packaged, but inside the packaging, I don't know what happened!!! The plastic wrapping the cell phone box is cut, perhaps by something sharp, maybe a razor blade. Clearly the phone was tampered with before shipping, I don't know why! Another thing that proves it was tampered with is the fact that when I turned on the phone, it went straight to the main menu, it didn't start with the initial setup. I wasn't happy about that.
